One of the worst mistakes I have ever made was switching to T mobile. I went to this store to switch services to get a cheaper bill. I was told when it was all said and done that my bill was going to be $ 160 a month total, now I find out I will have a $ 228 bill a month. I was really mislead by the person that was helping me, she explained my charges and reassured that this was in fact going to be $ 160. I think the person helping me was named Von I will never return to this store for any help and will switch carriers as soon as I can.

I just recently had a trade in phone added to my bill as a pay off and it happen when I just went in to complain. Never going to this location and I might just have to find another phone company.

I went there recently to ask a few questions about the upcoming iPhone 6 and about adding a mobile data line. The person who helped me was Jose(used to work at the VA Beach store) and he was absolutely kind and patient as I had two small children with me. Jose was able to help me get all the information I needed in order to upgrade my husband’s line, as well as mine, what the JUMP! upgrade covered, and he quickly signed me up for the mobile data line and walked me through the features of the iPad Air. Since the iPhones had not yet been released, Jose gave me his card and told me that when I was ready to upgrade our lines, to give him a call, and that if he had the phones in the store, he’d hold on to them for us. It was a painless experience, fast, friendly, and he was the epitome of what customer service should be like. :)
