These people move like turtles… I waited 35 minutes to have my order ready… Don’t go to this location!

The place was great in value for your money but I have tried 5 Guys or several other burger places that are much better tasting. I liked I could drive my car and get my food. The shakes were fresh and tasty and the customer service was good. The fries were excellent and they even made me a grilled cheese item Off the menu.

In line past 30 minutes. No one out here taking orders. Worst In n out ever. It should be called«in and never out»

I went to the walk up window, and first thing I notice is one of the workers checking me out, very obviously… then when I paid, I waited 5 min to just get my change. Then another 20 min for my food, when a guy who walked up 10 min after me, got his food right on the spot… then when I finally got my burger, it wasn’t even animal style… I love In N Out but this was the worst experience I have ever had.

In & Out. Why can one say? This burger is right on the money. However, I’d like to mention, about this location and others that only have«Drive Through» service and that is: make sure your location has enough room to service the clientele in an expeditious manner. Here, cars pile behind you dangerously making some, tail you on Ventura Blvd. One actual valid gripe I’ve had but haven’t mentioned is that each time I get their fresh cut Fries, I always get pieces less than an inch long. Why? Next time I’m gonna raise Cain

This place is on another level. I can’t believe people still eat at McDonalds when there’s burgers like this. My double burger hit the spot and my chocolate shake had me wanting to shake my booty. This place is awesome. I will definitely be regular here.

I love in n out! It’s my favorite burger place of all time! It’s beyond tasty, perfect amount, satisfying, and best of all the price is reasonable and cheap. This location is closest to my place, but the downside with this particular location is that it has no inside seating Z it’s mostly drive through and a small area to eat outside. There’s not enough parking space to park. This location is strictly good for take out and drive thru in my opinion.

A good quick lunch requires In-N-Out! This specific In-N-Out is interesting, because it has no formal indoor dining area. It has two drive through windows, and a walk up ordering counter. They have an «eat in» patio in the back. Let’s say this place was utterly PACKED. There was a back up of cars down the street waiting their turn to pull up into the drive through windows. It was nice seeing them this busy. My order was taken quickly and the lady working the counter was very friendly. We waited maybe 10 – 15 minutes for the food, which is a little long for In-N-Out, but considering it was so packed, I felt it was a reasonable time to wait for the food. The burgers were great, flavorful and perfectly cooked. I docked a star just because I cannot get behind their fries, too limp and soggy for my tastes, but I knew what I was getting into. Overall a lovely lunch!

Well let’s just start off by saying… it’s In N Out. There, review done! Just kidding! Just like every In N Out in Southern California expect the line to be pretty long. Make sure you’re not running low on gas(like I have and then get frustrated in your car like Jim Carrey in Bruce Almighty) but after about twenty minutes you’ll be well on your way. You can also park your vehicle and walk up to the side pedestrian window as well if you don’t want to sit in your car as this is a drive thru only. My experience went a little something like this… I was starving saw the In N Out sign and decided since it was past ten I’d pull in the employee came to my window to take my order. Super nice girl. Double double grilled onions and lemonade. Formally known as the number 1. I then wait. Finally pull up to the window. It’s been about 15 minutes and at this point I’m starving! I ask if they can add a chocolate shake the girl says yes of course! They immediately gave me all my food other than the lemonade. I asked for the lemonade and the girl said she gave it to me. I told her no. She was confused. I did get home and notice my double double was animal style… not that I’m complaining. Upgrades all around I would just recommend checking before you leave. The workers are going 100mph in that tiny room so mistakes would happen. Other than that my meal was delicious! I’d recommend this In N Out! Cheers! XoXo Brennan

OHMYGOSHDISGUSTING!!! I found not one but two disgusting foreign objects in my French fries. First a huge piece of plastic with pieces of hair on it. And it was burnt. Then I thought maybe it was just that. Nope. At the bottom there were literal lumps of dust or cat hair balls. Like what you find under your couch. But this was fried. I am sick to my stomach. I’m completely offended. What a disgusting place. What a disgrace to humanity and restaurants. Should be torn down. And everyone working there should never be aloud to have another job.

Love me some In-N-Out! Maybe I’m biased because I grew up eating the deliciousness that is In-N-Out but I’m gonna give me review anyway. Food is A– sometimes the fries aren’t up to par, often too salty, hard or I get the crap leftover(all the small crap fries). My big issue is actually with the location and not the food and that is why I give it a 1 star. The company makes loads of money and it gets me angry that they refuse to upgrade this location. The drive-thru is a joke, it often stops traffic and blocks the driveway of the shopping center. There is a large island in the middle of the 2 drive-thru windows that can easily be extended into larger kitchen area so they can get the customers In-N-Out of their :) But that would make waaay too much sense and would eat into profits I’m sure so why would they do that.

In N Out is always a good place to get fresh burgers. Lines here are always long even with 2 lines. But once u get ur order everything is just fine! Soooooo good!!!

As most in-n-out locations, this place did not disappoint. Came with a group of around 30 friends and they took and filled our orders fairly quickly. The location was clean and tidy, including the restrooms. All the workers were warm and friendly which is always a plus. Plenty of parking in the adjunct lot.

What can I really say about this place that people don’t already know? In n out is awesome. I love their food. I usually order a double double animal style cheeseburger with no pickle and a large chocolate shake. The only thing I don’t like about in n out is the long lines… Always long lines unless you get there right before they open.

Let me start by saying I’ve had my fair share of In N Out. I had a best friend in high school who worked at one. I worked at a shopping center with one. I have consumed a lot of INO burgers & fries. Pretty sure that’s not something to be proud of, but you get the point. I have never had a bad meal at INO until today. This was my first time visiting this location and the last! It was so freaking disgusting. My burger was hella crunchy. Why was it crunchy? Because the top bun was burnt to a crisp. I’m still gagging from the taste. Why would you assemble a burger when you see the bun is ALLBLACK?! Smh. They even forgot the grilled onions. That hurt my heart. Onions make the world go round. How dare you. You would think I’d still have a chance to enjoy lunch bc I have fries. WRONG! The fries were so salty that I felt kidney stones forming with each bite. Tossed it in the trash with the burger. Yeah, I get it. It’s lunch time. It’s super busy, but that’s no excuse. You can’t handle it, get a new job.

I stopped by at 8:30pm today, August 6. I was driving home from Woodland Hills, and saw an In-n-Out. I called home and informed the family that I’d be bringing home the goods. Imagine our disappointment when half the fries were burnt. I don’t know how many people it takes to get the fries right, but I wouldn’t even feed this to my enemy. Someone should have had a conscience and stopped this from getting to customers. Shame on you.

Yay burgers!!! Great stop along the way to or from work. The way to go is outside ordering, the drive thru takes forever sometimes… Must work on order accuracy… there is no such thing as extra well done. Love the neo politan shakes here. This location was the first in and out I’ve ever tried :-)

I guess I’m gonna stay away from this place for a while. It happens & I get it, but still grosses me out. Tore open the bag & after eating half of my protein style double meat, I look down to find a dead bug/mini fly laying on the paper bag. I guess I’m beyond thrilled I didn’t eat it and that it dropped out, but DISGUSTING!!!

This place and the chain in general is unbelievable. Yesterday I was waiting 20 minutes on a long drive threw line to get a $ 3.5 burger which was delicious by the way. Right next to that branch there is a Carl’s Junior restaurant that was completely empty(even after the sexy superbowl commercial). I ordered the double meet animal style like I always do and it was yummy, like always. It’s amazing to see a group of teenagers running that place with hundreds of daily costumers and with great service. No wonder it is so successful.

I love the double double protein style. This location can get VERY busy but it’s near home so this is my go-to whenever I’m in the mood for a fresh guilt-free burger. Never had any problems at this location.
