Jack In The Box

This restaurant has extremely courteous employees and terrific food. They have never gotten my order wrong and their breakfast burrito is the best.

First time in the area an stopped in for my usual order, now this was a first I seen a jack kept so poorly managed, floor looked like a club when the lights go on (sticky an jus a mess) the tables were not cleaned, they needed more then a sweep job it needed a good mop down !! Service was ok for the most part I will upgrade my rating from a 1 to 2 star cause the girls are cute, but dam clean it up ladies !!

Fast Food Review — Jack in the Box
This was my first, and probably last, Jack in the Box experience. Something about a completely empty drive-​thru (besides us) and still having our order messed up doesn’t make sense. The meals themselves were okay, and a bit overpriced for fast food.

I go here ’cause sometimes I get home really late and they have a 24 hour drive thru and thats really good when you want to get something to eat right before to get home after a long night. Food is like any other jack and they get four stars cause the have never get my order wrong in 6 years of coming here, have never been inside, but at the window I have never had a problem

Super friendly staff, hot and fresh food, ask for condiments and you get them. I frequent this location for breakfast as well as random stops all times day or night. Never had a problem.

Not a good dining experience when you have to beg them for coffee creamers, sugar and napkins that they keep behind the counter out of the reach of their customers that they apparently think are evil and not to be trusted. What a pain in the butt!
Are they afraid we will steal their napkins and their profits will decline?
If you say something they just stand there stunned and mute — like a deer in the headlights.
Their coffee is sloppily-​brewed and not hot enough either. The tacos are mushy — even mushier than usual.
Keep on drivin’. Plenty of other establishments on Ventura, including other Jack in the Box’s. In and Out Burger is just east.
Add this poor review to the other poor reviews. I hope their profits do decline and maybe they will improve based on that.

Let’s see. I bought 4 tacos with hard shells. Took a bite and it broke my tooth. I have called corporate 2 times and they keep telling me the owner will get back to me. 3 months now and I am still waiting. Horrible experience and worse corporate representation. I have spent years going to Jack, they could at least get back to me. Avoid the Woodland Hills location.

Okay this place is the king of not giving me my condiments. Other than that, this is like any other Jack in the box.

One of the cleaner and friendlier restaurants in the chain. One very convienent and one not-​so convienient plugs to power your laptop/​smartphone. Burgers are always juicy. Try the new Jumbo breakfast platter… it is HUGE! However, an extra sausage patty would not hurt. Also, they should go to hash brown rounds instead of sticks… my preference. Accepts EBT cards.

My husband had a chicken club sandwich this morning and by this afternoon he was running to the bathroom. Clearly they do not know how to keep chicken at this Jack in the Box. This is not the first time this has happened at this location, but it is the last time we will visit it.

Cute girl in the drive-​thru? Awesome!

Long, slow-​moving line through drive-​thru. I get up to the window and the guy tells me they’re out of Diet Coke. Diet Coke???
