PLEASE READ! I wanted to share my brief story with you all so you don’t have to go through what I endured. I received food poisoning from this location that lasted two miserable days. I called the store to share what happened to basically be told «that sucks, sorry.» I called corporate who basically called me a liar and said I don’t have any proof. I explained all of my symptoms, which perfectly match food poisoning, and explained that it’s the only thing I ate during that time period so there was no other cause. Also: this is the SECOND time I’ve received food poisoning from McDonalds, but I wasn’t aware of the symptoms the first time. The strain of bacteria that contaminated my food was most likely Staphylococcus aureus, due to the time and symptoms I had. This means that employees are most likely NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS BEFORE THEY MAKE YOUR FOOD. McDonalds doesn’t think anyone will listen but I’m sharing this anyway.

Looking at my receipt they over charged me and their food is mediocre they did not ask if I wanted ketchup
Overall 16 $ for two basic breakfast with hash brown and oj next time I’ll get out of my car and not go here

This Micky D’s location is decent to pull over for a quick morning breakfast. The place looks newer and kept clean.
Here’s what I liked…
* Not too far from the freeway.
* Easy plentiful parking with a lot of pull through spaces.
Here’s what I didn’t like…
* I’d prefer it to be close to the freeway access.
* Nothing else comes to mind.
Food = ok (as expected)
Seating area = clean
Service = friendly
Restroom = average

The cashier just made me go look for one penny! I have money in my pocket but she didn’t wanna spot me one damn penny so I left. That’s messed up.

You know I rarely go to McDonald’s, but since his place is on the way sometimes, I have to give in. The drive thru is kind of weird because of the entrance way and if you come in through the street side, you have to make an awkward turn. The service is pretty quick and the people seem to always have a smile on their face. The inside is pretty clean and really never busy at all. Just park and go inside. Trust me, it’s quicker.

Dude… took like 20 minutes to get 6 Apple pies and a large fry. Sitting out here like a peasant waiting for my grub… and they shorted me by 2 pies.
Weak sauce.

There is nothing I hate more than a forced up-​sale. you order a # 1 which is an eggmcmuffin, hash browns, and a small coffee. so when you order this the screen shows you asking for a med coffee (30 cents more) I did not ask for a med coffee !!! STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

I eat here all the time. They are always friendly, and make the meal the way uou like it. I always tell them to make me fresh nuggets and they do. It is just McD, but never any complaints.

We ordered a large fries and a iced tea and it took 10 minutes for fries, and we got our own drink. I consider a 10minute wait on a Saturday too long. The good thing was that the fries were hot. The drive thur would be faster.

Once again I went to this McDonald’s like an idiot and they once again were rude and had horrible customer service. Elizabeth the manager let someone cut in line then took their order and made me wait when it was already a huge line. Don’t ever go here. They are the worst mc Donald’s I have ever been to. They don’t cook frys correctly nor do they give sauce even if you order nuggets and the managers there are kids that laugh when you tell them a problem and say it’s out of my control when it is not only in their control but is their job to train the other employees to treat the customers correctly. They piss me off every time I go there. It’s literally worth it to go to the McDonalds off las virgines.

Samuel was super friendly and joked around with me a bit after ordering $ 30 worth of food and asked if I was sure if I needed it to go. He also asked my name and used it instead of me just being another number. They also got all of my complications on the order correct!

Wow, what was with the crew that helped me March 12, 2015 just as the store was getting ready to close? They were the most friendly McDonald’s employees I’ve ever met. Outgoing, aiming to please and customer service plus. I was desperate – a Filet-​O-​Fish, fries and a McFlurry.
Do not judge me. It was late, I was desperate for something – ANYTHING – open at 10:30pm on a weeknight. Believe me, I judged myself after so many negative McDonalds reviews. Finally, this location did it right.
Yet, the employees working that night made the experience great. Thanks, guys.

Not that I hate this place or what but they don’t actually have that good food that they always say. Even their breakfast was a piece of joke, I can’t even tell if its that bad or its the worst kind of food.
I ordered pancakes and a hash brown with the iced coffee. I was on a hurry that time so I needed the orders to be for to go. I paid the bills and rushly went to the car but after a few minutes of driving and eating my hash brown. I found out that the iced coffee is not iced, its hot. So therefore its hot coffee not iced. I was just like «what? What the h». They can’t even do simple orders? How much more if I ordered more?
NOT A GOOD PLACE. DEFINITELY!

Honestly Best Customer Service I have ever received at a McDonalds. Very friendly and attentive staff.

I am sure you all whole herd of the big smile when you get at the window. Well at this McDonald’s it is 100% true whether you come at 5 o’clock in the morning or at 6:30 in the morning they’re always smiling and in a good mood which is a great thing. The egg white delight is made fresh and nice and hot. I wish I could comment on other foods but I don’t eat it. Other than that, the inside looks immaculate and the coffee is really hot and fresh

Fairly decent and clean environment for this McDonald’s chain. The staff were friendly and helpful. My coworker and I ate the hot n spicy chicken sandwich combo. Good when you’re in a hurry. When you are in this area, expect good service and clean restrooms.

Stopped of the get breakfast before my commute. Frank and the rest of the staff I congratulate you for the worst service ever.

Mcdonalds you’re the baddest food out there and everybody knows. Be open to it. Don’t hide it. Don’t pretend like there isn’t a subway in the plaza with considerably healthy $ 5 foot longs. This review is about the service cuz everyone knows what food they eat is not going to be the best. Unless u get a salad and don’t put dressing.
Fast is what this place is. I have never waited an uncomfortable amount of time here. Both at the drive through and the sit down.
Clean — the floor is clean. The tables r clean. The bathrooms r clean. The outside is clean. The place is crystal clean. That is likely how it is in the back where they cook too.
Location is one of the better ones I probably don’t need to tell u. Woodland hills turns to Calabasas across mullholand.
The soda machines haw always worked. They always have got my order right.
The food, it is like banging a super model with a STD it might feel ok but ur health is at risk.

It’s a McDonalds so don’t expect much but to be honest the staff here seems friendlier and the location is kept clean.
I’ve been to other McDonalds where the staff just doesn’t care and the inside looks pretty run down but this isn’t one of those. I’ll update my review later to see if they got my complicated order right since most McDonalds always miss something.
