I have to start by saying the service at this store is pretty consistent. The employees(on the morning shift) are always very friendly. I’ve never had an issue with any of the food I have ordered here. I don’t hate the fact that they are always out of the cookies I want. You would think that would restock the cookie on a regular basis, but I guess not. I do feel that the store owner/manager is very rude. He never greets anyone, he just stands at the register looking at you and asking the employees questions.

The chicken noodle soup I got was spoiled. It was really sour. Good thing it was not to go. I would have been really upset. They did give a refund but still, the fact that they don’t check what they are serving makes me question their practices.

The place it’s self is great, service usually great especially Juan but today my boyfriend and I came in and there was a heavier set girl who helped us, completely messed up my order(put both meats on one sandwich when I asked for one sandwich of each meat) and continued to chew her gum while towering over our food with her hair hanging out. Disgusting, will definitely not be letting her make our food anymore. Completely unprofessional, we wanted to ask her to do it her gum out but they were busy and didn’t want to make a fuss. Disappointing today.

I’m a frequent customer, this is one great place. Each time a customer walks in, a staff member will make it a point to greet and welcome you. A great team and very good teamwork displayed. One employee in particular stands out, that is Peter, he is fantastic, he always demonstrates great pride in his work and is very knowledgable with all staff functions. Always helpful to both the customers and the staff when needed. I will continue to come here and feel welcome.

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The employees(including the manager) were rude. The lady making my sandwich didn’t wait for me to finish my order before wrapping up my sandwich and handing it to the cashier, and she did this to the people in front of me as well.

Used to love getting sandwiches here, we probably won’t be back after today. I ordered a tuna sandwich with avocado. I was told that there was no avocado and I was upset about it. So I just continued my order without it and when my sandwich was done the lady squished it together and rolled it up. When I opened it at work the sandwich was inside out and the bread was smushed to pieces. Very bummed out don’t think I’ll be back especially after I payed $ 7 for a smashed sandwich.

I’m generally not a huge fan of Subway in general, but this one is spacious, clean, well-appointed and staffed by some very friendly and efficient crew. I don’t know how I’ve gone so long without trying the Italian Herb & Cheese bread. I was expecting subtle flavors, but no! This bread has HERBS all up in your business. Delicious. I also appreciate when greens don’t taste unwashed, as they so often do at chain restaurants. The spinach was fresh, not wilted, and the avocado(so sue me, I splurged) was also in its prime. With a bag of chips on the side, my sandwich made a perfect lunch. Will definitely be back here, and soon.

Actually, it’s the best subway I’ve had in while. Maybe it’s because I usually order the same boring meal time in and time out and today I actually tried something else, or that I was especially hungry. But maybe it was that the bread tasted a little fresher than usual. The dining room was super dirty when I was sitting there eating, but an employee came an cleaned it up. Nice job.

WOW! Worst service I’ve ever experienced at subway and that’s no exaggeration. I’m a college student and I eat subway every day Monday-Thursday for lunch so you can imagine that it’s one of my favorite meals. I’ve been to so many different subways and have never had an issue until today. this lady only put FOUR pieces of spinach on a FOOTLONG! I asked for lettuce and she literally almost put NOTHING. I asked for olives and she put only FIVE olives. Every time I asked for something I had to ask for more since they were so stingy! Then I thought… Well maybe it’s just the lady that’s making my subway that’s stingy? So I looked to my right where there were 2 more employees making other customers sandwiches. And the same exact thing was going on. The gentlemen on my right repeatedly asked for more lettuce(3 or 4 times) and the lady used TWO fingers to get lettuce. She didn’t even bother using all five to grab a fair amount. He asked for onions and she put 3 pieces. I can go on forever. To top it all off. She finished making my sandwich and right before she put it in the paper and rolled it up, she used both of her hands and squeezed it as hard as she could! Almost half of the ingredients fell out and she acted as if nothing had happened and just rolled it up in paper and handed it to me! Overall it was terrible service. I’m no critic and have NEVER took the time to give a review. But this service was so bad that I sat down and wrote this one. I will definitely contacting headquarters about this. Unacceptable.

I can give a few stars because i have been several times and been satisfied(well as satisfied as you can be with subway). The new chopped salad is my go to meal. My big downfall is that several times my coworkers and I have had upset tummies from this location. I actually have not been since I have a really bad reaction to a salad about a month ago. Just a bit grossed out by the whole subway situation. Will probably not be back.

I’ve been to this subway location many times, and I’ll have to agree with Samer a few posts below mine. I have never experienced a subway as stingy with their ingredients as this one. My friends and I almost wanted to slap the workers. I thought, maybe this is a hidden camera show. There attitude about subway having a «formula» on how many ingredients they use, was atrocious. When asking for spinach, they put 3 single pieces of spinach. 3! That is not an exaggeration. When I asked for more, they gave me a are you kidding me look. I have never seen a Subway that does this. I will be contacting corporate, because they are a disgrace to the company image. If you can’t afford to give a customer the same amount of toppings as every other subway than you should sell the business.

Hey, I admit it, I like Subway. They are usually(this one is no exception) clean. The employees are usually nice. And the food is always predictable! The subway in Calabassas fits right into the usual for Subway. I walked in, it was 9:20 am. Waited for someone to come out of the back to help me. The guy was nice and friendly. He noted they were having a 6″ for $ 2.00 sale! How could a pass that up. He made my cold cut sandwich, gave me my soda cup, and my bill was only $ 3.65! I sat and ate in the restuarant as I had a bit of time to kill. The lobby was clean and well kept. For all of the above reasons, this place got 4 stars from me…

Parking here can be difficult if you are coming here around noon on a weekday. Get here at least 30 minutes early if you want to avoid waiting for a spot. As Subways go, as the 3 stars say it’s «A-OK». Nothing to make it stand out in either a good or bad way. There’s plenty of seating(both indoors and out) and the staff is competent at making the menu. The communication can sometimes be a problem as the last time I was in there they had 5 «sandwich artists» on the production line(what is this, Warhol’s factory?) and I didn’t end up with the sandwich I ordered… but they don’t lose a point for that because it was still pretty good anyway and I didn’t make a fuss about having them fix it(I’m sure they would have.) Staff is friendly, service is efficient. this place lives up to the expectations of the chain.

This subway is great. I come here often since I work nearby, and it’s never too busy at the times I go. Always clean and friendly. Food is good, and parking is easy, one of the better subways in the valley. Some say they don’t give you as much meat but I have never had this experience.

Like many Subways, the gloves the workers wear appear to only be for their benefit. They seem to have no problem using gloves that have condiments on them from other people’s sandwiches to handle your sandwich and other associated ingredients. It’s kind of gross when they handle something that you would never eat, and then immediately grab a handful of lettuce. Another issue is that I always feel rushed beyond any reasonable measure. If you ask me what I want, at least let me finish saying it before you interrupt me. Finally, to echo my first comment, don’t cut a sandwich that has tunafish on it, and use the same knife on a veggie sandwich.

Normally, I don’t give one stars out to chain restaurants cause let’s face it — the service wont always be as great and they wont always be as personable with their customers. Their food tastes exactly the same as the next subway. But today as I tried to put in a phone order, I got hung up on 5 different times. If they’re going to have a working telephone, they need to teach their employee’s how to answer the damn phone and not hang up on people when putting them on hold. I know, accidents happen. That’s why I wasn’t upset the first time it happened. but 4 times after that? Come on now. I would’ve rather gone down there and dealt with them myself but I was calling in the order for someone who was coming into the office to pick up. And when I asked to speak with the manager, who obviously could tell that I was irritated just gave me an «i’m sorry about that. we do have a fax machine you know…» RUDE. And he never even offered any discount or free sandwich or even a frickin bag of chips. If you want my money, or for me to return again, I would have a quick inservice, show your employees how to answer a simple phone, and then reassess your attitude towards customers.

Of all the SubWay restuarants I’ve been to, and believe me when I say I’ve been to quite a few, this place has got to be the absolute stingiest with their ingredients. Even when I order a foot-long veggie delight, I walk out with a sandwich that’s 67% bread! I thought it was a particular worker at first, but I went back three different times, all a week apart, and walked out with the same product: a loaf of bread with cheese that smells like vegetables and olive oil. Otherwise, the restaurant is clean, etc… Better review when they fix the stinginess issue.

Sure there’s practically a Subway on every corner but this one is among the best! Always clean, well stocked with fresh veggies and meats, and great indoor and outdoor seating space. As a result, the sandwiches always taste better here, more fresh.

Overall the staff is very friendly, clean and polite. I’ve never seen dirty tables, miscellaneous trash or anything of that sort at this location. I’m a big subway fan, love the way it smells when you first walk in… YUM! My choice of sandwich? 6″ Turkey on Honey Oat American Cheese Lettuce & Tomato Bell Peppers Onions, Cucumbers Salt & Pepper Oil and Vineagar Delicious
