Dunkin’ Donuts

I have been to this location multiple times. It’s alright except for this one lady that works there. In my opinion she looks like a cockroach. She’s always in a bad mood. She brings a pessimistic vibe and always seems to ruin my day a little. To make matters worse, one Time when I was walking by, I saw her sitting down at the customers tables scratching her feet. I’ve ordered from her before and I’ve never seen her wear gloves! In addition to that, I have gone various times to the store yet the doors are closed and the lights are off before the indicated closing time. I have never had a problem with other workers there, they all seem to be good people. It’s only that one lady that’s a horrible person. She sucks.

Place was decorated beautifully. Customer service experience could have been a tad more inviting and attentive. Maybe it’s just because the crew is very young. Hope to visit again.
