I have to dispute Karina’s comment about groupon discrimination. I came here having read the reviews initially so I was already in a huffy state expecting poor service and so-so food. I actually ended up sitting at the table someone mentioned as having the wall jut out which I will agree wasn’t the most comfortable dining experience but it was doable. The waiter was very pleasant(mind you there were two goateed men serving so I suspect that the rude one might have been serving the guests in the back. we were closer to the door. Our portions were big and my pasta was excellent. Armin L.‘s monkfish however was really bland and he much preferred my pasta. The place was clearly full of regulars and a couple of last minute groupon goers like myself. The music wasn’t too overbearing and the owner was there and he seemed sociable but I get the feeling he is more welcoming to those who come all the time because he didn’t say bye to us as we were leaving even though he was near the door. Ultimately the pasta was really good(and I enjoyed my wine)…but they do like others say, not offer«normal» water so you will have to pay for it but I would still go back.
