As a former sonic employee I can tell you this is the most poorly managed sonic I have encountered. The wait time is ridiculous and the car hops taking orders are slow and not very knowledgeable of their own menu.

STAYAWAY! I have been shocked about the poor service this location has… corporate needs to come in and take this over. Manager argued with my wife about the items in the menu, which your website contradicted, wrong food, slow service in drive thru… waiting 15 mins until I finally went to the window itself… and asking for tips before greeting me!

A very crappy location of this chain. On recent order they served us a sausage patty instead of a Jr. Hamburger. Food all came out cold. No light in the bathroom. How is that legal?. Crappy music blasting out from the kitchen. Lots of teens working here which is probably a large part of the problem. No management present that I saw. Heard several other customers with similar problems. Needs new management or at least for them to do their job! PASS!

I have been to this location multiple times through the last few months and each time, it’s awful. I’m not sure why I keep going back. But I’ve had good food at a Sonic before and I’m a wishful thinker, hoping it would be like I remember. The wait time is long, various times of the day. I understand they ‘make food to order’, but they are still ‘fast food’. And sometimes the fries/tots seems like the oil needs changing in the fryer. The patio area is filthy and the tables are dirty. Who wants to eat outside on a nice day when the outside area is disgusting and needs hosing down and/or pressure washed? The customer service is terrible and there is attitude as well and one of the female managers is just rude as well and isn’t professional and looks angry all the time(she has darker/brown hair, I believe her name to be ‘Angel’ from the times I’ve been here). I really wish the owner/upper management of this location would get this Sonic in order so we can have some good Sonic food on Hwy 92! Please hire some competent people to run your franchise!

Double Cheese burger was ok. Popcorn Chicken was all bread. Service was slow at the drive thru. And the slushy machine was broken. I come to sonic for the slushies and I left disappointed. Needs new management to take command.

Terrible Service with Attitude! I don’t go there very often so I don’t have their menu memorized which brought on exasperation from person on other side of the speaker. Then I assume the«Footlong and tots» are going to actually come WITH tots! After I received my totless order I stayed there a while thinking the server I had just given a tip to would come back out to see if something was wrong. After a while I drove away. Fast food workers are wanting $ 15 per hour and they can’t even get an order correct or treat a customer as acustomer! No worries! You won’t have to worry about me any more… not that you ever did.

Worst Sonic ever… There is clearly no management at this Sonic, and if there is they need to be replaced. Every time I have visited this Sonic the service is awful because you will wait 15 – 20 minutes for anything including just a milkshake. The food somehow when you get it is never hot, you would think after waiting so long it would be fresh. I highly recommend avoiding this Sonic, I live a mile away and will drive all the way to Crabapple to the other Sonic. I like Sonic, but Sonic Woodstock needs some serious help…

Been eating here off and on for the last few years. The food is typical of other Sonic spots but the service is pretty slow overall. I also feel this isn’t exactly one of the cleanest spots to eat outside of your car. Eat here if you are in a rush or desperate. It can be hit or miss but overall more miss in my time eating here.

9 out of 10 times nothing works. Whether the fryer, slushy machine and ice cream machine… so why not put a sign up saying«Everything is Broken so Don’t Bother Stopping By».

I can’t even comment on the food because I never got any. I am so angry. I sat in the drive thru line and no one ever spoke to me to take my order. I waited for about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I said hello several times into the machine, but no one ever said anything, so I left. I will not be returning. I wasted my time.

Service at this location has become increasingly worse over the last few months. Either they ran out of hot dog buns or weren’t able to make anything that needed ice cream. Both excuses on more than one occasion. Rude employees are more common now as well. Our last trip we simply ordered a small vanilla shake. We waited close to 20 minutes. We would have left had we not already paid. We watched as our shake was delivered to the car next to us and then over to us. The young man stated it was crazy in there and a lot of confusion. However, tonight was a new all time low. We pulled in to a lane and pushed the call button to order. No response. We waited. We pushed the call button again. No response. We waited. A total of ten minutes and not even an acknowledgement. We pulled out and went to the drive through. One car was at the window and was the only car ahead of us. We waited. No one ever came to the intercom. After several minutes of no one greeting us much less taking our order we left. The car at the window was still sitting there. This location really needs to get it together. We will do business elsewhere going forward.

Went here with my family — we ordered a hot fudge sundae in a waffle cone, Reese’s blast, and a M&M blast. First, they didn’t put the hot fudge sundae in a waffle cone. Instead they brought us a waffle cone with just vanilla ice cream and the hot fudge sundae as normal. Second, as soon as we took the lid off the sundae, all the ice cream started melting all over us making us lose half of it. Third, both blasts barely had Reese’s and M&Ms. Fourth, they charged us for all 4 items, even though we ordered 3 things. Fifth, we got one spoon and no napkins for 3 people. I’ve been to this place multiple times, and this was the worst experience I’ve had, but honestly the last few times we have been there, the service and quality of food have declined tremendously. Take it or leave it!

We stopped in for breakfast and the team seemed to have some glitches going on in the kitchen. We waited longer than usual but the window server checked on us with an update about our food. When we did get our food the same courteous window server said his manager comped our meal. Sweet!!! And our order was exactly right!

Super slow every time. Be prepared to wait awhile for anything to come out. 9 of 10 times though the order is right so at least there is that. Tonight 2 slushes and one oreo blast took 15 mins from ordering to receiving. No one was ahead of me in the drive thru.

Just sat at the drive in window for 20 minutes waiting to place and order. Finally I just drove up to the yellow line. I went to the door and a lady came out with a blank stare. I said I was waiting at the drive in to place and order for 20 minutes and she said oh ummmmm we are short staffed and busy. I said no one ever took my order and she just said ummmmmm. This I a what you get when only teenagers work at a fast food joint. Will never return and will inform others of what happened.

Good Sonic location. Not too crowded lot, decent carhop service, super shakes, and easy off/on Ga92 westbound. You really can’t ask for much more than that for a fast food franchise location.
