I’ve driven by this place hundreds of times. I finally had some time to go in and look around. The owner is extremely nice and lets you take this all the time that you need. I found a couple cool pieces. The owner told me that he does snow plow into which is pretty cool. Definitely worth a look.

I second Kate’s review. Austin Furniture is crammed floor-to-ceiling with used EVERYTHING. You will find everything from flimsy wire-and-plastic shelves to magnificent mahogany wardrobes, with all the scrolling and mirrors intact and gleaming. There’s mattresses, refrigerators, and even a dirty but salvageable Viking range. There is enough Art Deco hidden away here to probably outfit an entire two or three bedroom house. Also I can’t say enough positive things about the owner. I had some kids with me and he didn’t mind them running up and down the aisles(within reason). It was such a blessing to be able to allow the little ones a bit of freedom, because after all, there is so much stuff — what kid wouldn’t want to explore? The owner can’t always see where all his customers are, so yes you do have to go look for him when you want to start dealing, and you might run into him by accident. He isn’t spying on you, just probably trying to find room for something else. This is the kind of place where you just might find a treasure worthy of Antiques Roadshow. Take the time, go back and poke around, you won’t be disappointed.

this place is CRAMMED to the gills with a huge variety of used furniture. they have nice pieces in the front room, and lots of great stuff in the big back room. I still regret not snapping up the 40 dollar emerald green velvet settee that I saw there a year or two ago. WHOEVEROUTTHEREINWORCESTERWHOGOTTHAT: WOETOTHEEIF I EVERSHOWUPINYOURHOUSE. I’M TAKINGITBACK. I assuage myself with a 20 dollar fancy pants armchair upholstered in a beautiful silky gray green chinoiserie print.
