I took my wife’s Subaru in for an oil change and they tried to tell me the manufacturer recommends using synthetic oil. Synthetic oil costs about double what conventional oil does so I checked the manual and sure enough it didn’t recommend it at all. Good thing I didn’t listen to him because the oil change would have cost me $ 75.

This is really disappointing. I used to always get my oil changes at this location when it was Oil Doctor and the service was exceptional. Oil Doctor had good prices and would vacuum my vehicle, they were also timely in the fashion that they got the job done in. At the new Valvoline I have 2 now pay $ 75 for my oil change, they don’t vacuum, make me stay in the car throughout the whole process. Not coming here again

I waited 57 minutes with no explanation. Very poor customer service. I asked for an explanation and didn’t get one. Facility is clean. Oil change itself was fine.
