This was by far the best Panera I had. Been to many Panera all over the US. The cash register lady Andrea was also very nice and they made the food to perfection. They did not skimp us like other locations in California. Stop by here on way to Pennsylvania

Good service and they are always really quick. I’ve never had an issue with my order at this location. They do offer the option to pick up in store which I absolutely love since my lunch is only 30 minutes. I would return. :)

Better than fast food. If you are on the road you can always get something ok. Coffee is terrible though.

Ordered a large latte with an extra shot of espresso, and it was almost $ 7!!! At Panera! Haven’t been in in awhile because I always thought it was overpriced for what you get, but I can definitely say I won’t be back.

As good as any Panera anywhere.

In short, very poor customer service. We utilized their rapid carry out service. Seeing only one bag with our name on it we picked up the large bag assuming It had all of our order. We realized after arriving home that an item was missing. As acknowledged later by the manager it turns out the item was on the shelf in an UNMARKED bag. Speaking with them on the phone I asked that they keep the item out and o then drove back to the restaurant. When I arrived the pick up shelf was empty. I spoke with one of managers who offered to make a replacement. I suggested that they also comp that item given I had to make two trips. She said that wasn’t possible, saying, ‘that wouldn’t be fair to everyone’. In a grand show of poor customer service she made no acknowledgement of poor process on their part in how the take-out orders are labeled or any hint of a desire for improvement. I chose to take a refund instead. They also messed up one of the other orders.(Ingredients for one of their $ 10 salads).

Came here for lunch and ordered two sandwiches. Was over charged for one sandwich and both sandwiches hardly contained anything on it. This location is slacking when compared to other Paneras in the area. Would advise to stay away from this location.

My sandwich was good and the baguette was fine but my tomato soup looked like chili! It was so gross — oily and greasy and lumpy. Obviously not cooked right or maybe it’s just old and overcooked? I posted a photo to show what it looked like, even after stirring it.(It’s one of the last photos in the photos section.)

So normally, the staff at Panera is super friendly and the food is always great… or at least until I came to this location for lunch on 8⁄11. They kinda seemed annoyed that we were all there with the exception of the guy that actually brought out my food — he was really friendly. The restaurant was a little on the messy side. I got the pick 2 and my sandwich was maybe ½ the size it was supposed to be — which for those doing the math is a ¼ sandwich. My salad was WAY underdressed and practically dry. And all that with a drink for $ 11.00. Yikes. Not sure I’ll be back to this location.

I have visited this location a few times now. It is usually very busy. So I was happy to come in this Friday and they were not packed. I was able to ask a few questions about some food items without feeling as if I was holding up others. I needed an order to go. The girl was very helpful that rung me up. I used my Panera rewards card as well. Whilst waiting for my order, I saw that it was very clean here and well organized. As are all the Paneras I have visited before. I ordered an Espresso, very good, it was. Also the French onion soup which came with french bread. Absolutely delicious! They put the soup in a to go container and then in a cardboard type holder that keeps it from tipping over. Brilliant idea. For later that night, I had also gotten a blue cheese steak salad. Very good except all the spines from the salad were in it. But, that seems to be the way most places make salads now. Other than that everything was perfect. I also got a chocolate Croissant… Divine. I think this place is really good, they have always gotten my order right. Plus the food is good and fresh.

Maybe I am just too easy to please! I was leery about coming here because of the reviews, but I love Panera and it was across from my hotel. Ihadfriendly fast service. It was clean. It was lunch time and I was surprised at how quickly our order came up. I say, «ignore the haters» on this page. Go on in!

Every single time I come in here they can’t get it right. Always something screwed up, accuracy is what I’m paying for isn’t it? I don’t appreciate confrontation when I call out the employees on their screw ups.

It was always around 3~4 stars with this location and last service just bumped it up to FIVESTARS; this gave me enough of a reason to write a review! I meant to get a frozen caramel for my boss and carried with me only a $ 5 bill. I ordered and waited and when it was ready I realized I ordered a frozen MOCHA instead of a caramel. Dun-dun-dun. If it was for me I wouldn’t have cared and since it was my fault anyway I would’ve walked away with it. But NOOOO, it was for my boss. So I walked up to the lady – I feel so bad for not remembering her name – and told her that I screwed up. I asked her if she could remake it for me and SHESAIDYES! Haha. Anyways, she was more than happy to remake something that was my fault to start off with. Talk about customer service!

Typical great Panera food but service isn’t their forte. Sometimes slower than normal and staff friendliness is hit or miss.

I don’t care which one you go to, you get top notch service and top notch food every time. I tend to come very early in the morning, like six or seven o’clock. Today I had a soufflé and a hot chocolate to eat in and a muffin to take with me. I just finished the muffin and everything was just great! If I had to pick a nit, it would be that the prices are a bit high.

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. The food itself is fine, same as any other Panera, but the staff and service is downright terrible. We recently moved to the area, so this is a convenient place for lunch and we gave it three tries, but after three strikes, we’re done. 1. The coffee is always, ALWAYS, cold. All three times I have had to track someone down and ask them to refresh the coffee. I’m not a picky coffee drinker, and I don’t expect it to be steaming hot, but lukewarm is just unacceptable. 2. If you eat in, you will notice that their system of serving food is a mess. Twice, my food was brought to the wrong table before it got to me. My husband got his lunch 10 minutes before I got mine and he had to remind them to make his smoothie. 3. The third and final time we ate there(we got it to go), our order was never placed. It’s always a battle to get our food here, and just not worth the hassle. Save yourself a headache and avoid! Go to Cosi’s across the street instead.

Not my favorite location to go to. Considering today I needed the manager to tell her workers to take my order. Then after waiting for a while I had to wait for the girl to finish training someone before I even got my full order at the end. I know this is a newer location but I also believe that getting the service done is easier than having any frustrated customers. Which since I also worked in food service, know that the customer comes first. If I could give one piece of advice on this experience it would be to focus on the service and train during the free time not while customers need to be served. I know from the time I had to wait it was not good since time is everything to them. Especially since it was almost dead at the time I came. I hope on my next visit they will improve on this and maybe train their employees better.

Hands down, THEWORST lunch I’ve ever experienced at a Panera. I ordered a You Pick Two and my tuna fish sandwich had about 1 Tablespoon of tuna fish, the black bean soup was 95% broth w only 15 beans in the bowl & when they brought the tray they forgot to bring a spoon – just gave me a knife & fork. Either the manager was out sick today or this place needs some serious customer service training.

I am a fan of Panera. They offer consistently good food and service. The menu includes a wide range of options to satisfy everyone on the team. This is a brand-spanking new outlet. The«main» entrance is actually from the inside of the Worthington Mall. However, there is an entrance off the patio, which deposits you(somewhat confusingly) in the side of the place. Speaking of the patio. This one was very nice. Yes, it is overlooking the parking lot, BUT it has a southern exposure and is bright and sunny. It is also elevated so that you can look down on everyone driving by, which is as it should be. If you are in the area on a nice day, looking for a casual lunch, this is your spot!
