Justin and Dan were awesome and super patient! I brought my aunt and uncle who kept them pretty busy, but neither of them seemed bothered by it. Thanks so much guys!

I’m gonna try to make this review strictly about The Levi’s store, and not about the outlets as a whole-although it will be hard. The Levi’s is in the back of this outdoor complex, located near other stores that may be considered«lower end» or maybe just more affordable. The store itself was pretty busy inside, organized, and there were many staff members milling about. I was asked If I needed help once, and later had to interrupt an employee conversation to ask a question. The dressing room was unisex, and the young people staffing it had very little interest in doing so. I decided to purchase a pair of thin, cheaply made denim jeans. While they were $ 29.99 on sale, better deals can be found online. The checkout experience was pretty bad. The young man ringing me up said next to nothing, made no eye contact, and generally seemed zonked out on ‘Ludes. I heard a sudden screeching in the background from a woman that turned out to be the manager. One minute she was having a loud personal conversation with a co-worker, the next minute she was dressing down several staff members for low sales numbers. All within earshot of customers. This is not so much a bashing of this one store as it is an account of a bad experience in post recession America. Everyone else around me seemed cool with it. I don’t understand outlets as they are now, and am apt to believe the rumors that they are just a lower end product produced by the brands, marked down at a nominal percentage. It was just a gross display of over-consumerism. The product was shoddy, the service was shoddier, and the whole environment was just plain scary to me. 2 stars for affordability and organization.
