The few times that I’ve been to London, I always end up with a Ted Baker bag. Literally every time, even when it was just for a layover at the Heathrow airport. Imagine my surprise and excitement when I unexpectedly found a Ted Baker store at the Wrentham outlets! It was an overall OK experience at best. Their handbag selection is truly lackluster, and very much lacking in variety. And can we talk about how last season everything is?
In terms of the clothing selection, it is relatively expansive. The men’s section is pretty large, and the women’s section even larger. However, I found everything to be relatively expensive, even compared to the London prices.
I suppose for now I’ll just have to keep going back to London to continue expanding my Ted Baker handbag collection.

Watch out– this brand has a NO REFUNDS policy. Be ABSOLUTELY sure there are no issues and it fits before buying.
Incredulous poor suckers like me:
«What you have to be joking! Ted Baker is a high end brand that sells luxury items, you can easily spend $ 50– $ 115 plus on a single item. Are you sure?»
Yes.
Poor sod: «But, but I have the receipt! It’s obviously in great condition and hasn’t been worn! And I literally bought it three days ago during a sales event.»
Nope, no refund. Store policy. Zip. Zilch. Nada.
Poor SOB: «But. how come this policy isn’t displayed anywhere in the store or on the tags or even said to us?!»
It’s printed on your receipt.
Poor punk’d: «Uhm. Yeah? But at that point I’ve already bought your #%^*ty floral lined piece of– ugh. NVM.»
Very disappointing. Just do a google search on Ted Baker no refunds and you’ll see all the bad reviews.

I was given the best service by the sales girl in this store. I can’t remember her name… Rachel I think?
Anyway, I was shopping for a suit for my wedding, and was really freaking out because I couldn’t find one.
THank god for Rachel. She took the time, found the right suit, and also found me a kick ass shirt. thanks!
