Wyckoff Pizza and Restaurant

My daughter and granddaughter stopped by yesterday unexpectedly. We were hungry, and in the mood for pizza. I thought ‘Wyckoff Pizza’ because my wife is very picky, but likes Wyckoff, even though I’d have to drive from Fair Lawn. Called in my order along with a large salad. Brought it home after driving up and down Route 208. Everyone was happy. I’ll be back. Good pizza is worth traveling for.

Best pizza around. We love their meatballs and their salads are perfection. Their stuffed calzones are delicious. Try one filled with eggplant and sausage. Yum. When I feel like eating lighter I order a chopped salad with grilled chicken with dressing on the side. Delicious fresh and consistent. Never disappointed.

Good food not great, nicer people now that they fired the pizza nazi who used to run the place.

Pizza is just edible and other items are barely ok. Place is not the worst if ur in a pinch and starving but there are many other places that are much better

So, I ordered a ham and cheese with just mayo and lettuce and a cheese sandwich with lettuce, onion, tomatoes, cucumber and olives. What we got: ham and mayo with lettuce. no cheese… an a cheese sandwich with NO CHEESE!!! Onions and tomatoes were not included as well. WTH! How do you make a cheese sandwich and forget cheese! Not even wasting my time calling to complain cause I’m not driving back 20 minutes to fix it. I guess just eat my salad.

This is probably my favorite pizza place in town. The Buffalo Chicken and BBQ Chicken Pizzas are probably my favorite in the area. Super quick service, very fair price, great taste. Their strombolis are gigantic and delicious as well.

Delicious food, crazy prices

My family loves their pizza and when we take it to someone else’s house they always ask where did we get the pizza. I’ve also had catering from them and it is been very generous and delicious.
Eat in or take out it’s a great place!

Great place for wings! Also a great place for a large chicken caesar with a lady bug in it!

Ordered a plain pie and a pepperoni pie at 6:10. Process for taking my payment was very quick. Process for getting my order was not. Kids behind counter were nice but completely ineffective. Staff knew the organization was a mess and apologized for the «new computer system.» At 7:20 and still no order, I asked for me money back. Went down the block to a pizzeria who was organized and competent and understands FIFO.

Very good pizza (excellent bread). Other food pretty good but pizza is worth 4 stars.

A pizza place that knows how to make decent pizza. Here’s 5 stars to a job well done.
I have had the pan pizza and it is amazing. Also if your getting pizza for take out you might as well order a personal pie because it’s $ 5 and change.
I’ll been there three times and counting.

Came back after I sworn I wouldn’t. Not going to lie it was better then the first. Everything was well cooked. Only 2 complaints. One is that the Sicilian pie was a little too saucy for my liking. And 2 I didn’t care for the fresh tomato topping on the chicken parm pie. Verdict, I’m more open to this place after today’s experience.

Gets 5 stars because I had a pie from here yesterday and it was great. Time before, it was light as paper. This time, a real good crust. What’s with the inconsistency? Different cooks? Hopefully they keep making the pizza like yesterday.

Great pizza place. The service is perfect for a lunch hour. The waitress was nice and attentive and wasn’t constantly asking «do u need anything» which personally is annoying. Today we ordered the Grandmas Sicilian slices. They were terrific. Flavorful, crust was awesome… crispy yet chewy and the tomatoes and cheese… perfect. This place is close to my job and I will definitely stop in to pick up a pie for dinner on occasion. The sit down feel of this place is still pizzeria and not super trendy and slow.
Fast service. Good food.
In the past I’ve had their garlic knots… Great; sauce… awesome, salads… large, fresh and tasty!

Visited here the last two weeks on our Friday lunch breaks, as it’s a good option for not being able to eat meat on Fridays this time of year for most of us.
Last week I got a whole wheat salad slice. I liked how I could pick off the mozzarella since I’m no cheese fan when trying to stick healthy, but it was very bland. The dough/​crust, usually my favorite part, was thin and tasteless.
Today I got the Veggie Panini. I was aggravated that I didn’t see it had cheese, but able to pick most of it out. Had no garlic mayo, but the panini was still good. Disappointing they couldn’t do whole wheat.
Next time, I might as well dive into two Sicilian corner slices, since they look tasty.

I’m pretty critical when it comes to pizza, but I must specify that I’m more interested in specialty pizzas, and when a place offers a nice variety, my review is always swayed. Wyckoff pizza delivers! The display case always has up to 10 different pizzas to choose from and I’m always thrilled when they have a BBQ chicken pie. Their grandma slice is really good and they’re spot on with their Chicago slices. Unfortunately their buffalo chicken slice is a bit underwhelming and their veggie slices aren’t the best.
In terms of the staff… angry teen girls all day, every day. They’re not rude at all, but, they’re always in a bad mood haha. I mean it doesn’t bother me because they do their job fine, but its a funny thing to notice.
Wyckoff pizza is definitely on my top 5 in terms of bergen county pizza. Also they take debit cards with no minimum and no flack!

I was pleasantly surprised.
I was expecting really bad pizza and salads and this was not the case. Aren’t people happier when they come in with no expectations in life. The pizza was good stuff and the salad was great. I saw some people came in for just the salad. This is a no thrills place but does the job. I was also coming from some of the worst food in the world in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania so I had very low expectations coming in and I was thrilled!

Place has gone downhill.
My parents and their golfing buddies used to go here every weekend after 18 holes but I’ll advise them to look elsewhere.
I’m disgusted at a BBQ chicken pizza pie delivered to me as I type this. It is DRENCHED in BBQ sauce and I might as well have had the sauce fromt he bottle for dinner.
Tip: margheritta pizza and buffalo wings are consistently delightful
There is one sweet brunette girl in a green shirt there but the rest of the service is unprofessional.
Ex. During one pick-​up I stayed there for an extra 15 – 20 minutes to find that my 30 – 45 minute prior called-​in pizza pie order was sitting on top of the oven the entire time. While I was there they gave the wrong amount of change to a gentleman.
Tip on Delivery: there’s a gentleman with long grey hair delivering your order. Avoid delivery and I will tell you why… I just paid $ 30 for a $ 18.50 BBQ chicken pizza pie. The delivery guy didn’t have change as he pulled out 20’s, 50’s, and 100’s. I asked for $ 11 back out of $ 40 for a $ 20 order. That’s more than a generous tip and not to pinch pennies but he took awhile to find $ 10 so I settled with that amount.
I won’t be coming back here. They don’t recognize their returning customers. Service is awful, incompetent, and unprofessional. The food itself is not worth dealing with that.

Above average pizza (with remarkably lovely crust — and i’m not a crust person) and good service. My parents swear by the other dishes as well, but I haven’t yet had the pleasure. Nice house salad dressing too — light but tasty.
