Location is within a strip mall on 44th Street just West of Burlingame.
The staff is always friendly. I am never in there too long because my packages are labeled before I go, so I am just dropping off most of the time.
Store is clean, hours are good. Convenient location. Plenty of parking.
Today they were closed due to computer being down so I ventured over to the main hub. which is about 10 minutes from this location. So no biggie.

A package was supposed to be delivered to my daughter on a Tues, will it wasn’t. On Wed, I was told that it would be there NLT 7:00, again it wasn’t. I called and after being hung up on, I called back and was told that the weather conditions was too bad. Which is funny cause 3 hours earlier they had delivered a package to my sister who lives 1.9 miles away from my daughter. Well here it is 2 days later, will it be delivered? I doubt it. I wouldn’t do business with these people, I paid $ 17, was lied to, hung up on and put off, not very customer friendly.
