I have been going to this Bruchi’s for many years. Recently there has been change in the staff and they have no idea what they are doing. I called in an order and drove all the way down to Bruchi’s from West Valley in Yakima to find out that their credit card machine was not working(again). This happens quite often there. The lady refused to take a check and told me she would only take cash. This has happened before and I was able to take my subs and come back at a later time and pay because I was a regular customer. Not this time, so I left and she had to throw my subs away. I told her I wanted a call from the manager since he was supposed to be coming in to fix the machine. I never received a call so after 2 days of trying to contact the manager, I finally was able to talk to someone that said he was the manager & that he would make it right because she should have taken my check since I drove 15 min to get my subs & it wasnt my fault their machine was not working. He said whatever they can do to make it right, they would. He told me he would write my name down for a free sub. 2 days later my husband went in to get my free sub and they told him there were no free subs today and embarrassed him in front of customers. Well we will NEVER be going back there again. Horrible customer service and they don’t care about the customers, even if you have been going there for many years. We will take our business to Sub Shop because they care about their customers and have always treated us right & their credit card machine is never down.

Not bad but definitely not exciting. I got a chicken Parmesan sub with French fries. The fries were simply crinkle cut ones you could make yourself from a bag. The sub was better but still pretty plan. Really dry and simply tasted like lots of Caesar dressing. Definitely was quick so makes for an okay lunch stop but nothing to go out of your way for.

This place is a good quick stop in for yummy sandwiches. Though to be honest they could use a tad bit of work. The steak meat was a bit dry and bland. They could also use more toppings(onions, peppers, etc) and needs more cheese. Though they were still pretty decent sandwiches. The fries were hot and fresh but portion was a bit light for paying over $ 11.00 for a meal, and the soda was a bit small. I will say that the people their are very kind and friendly. The décor was basic, but the lobby was very clean and welcoming. During the late afternoon around 4pm they have a great deal of buying 3 sandwiches for 20 bucks. That is a hell of a deal. Kudos for the amazing service.

Hands down the best place to get a sandwich. Friendly staff and well portioned subs. Restaurant is always clean.

Poor service. Substandard food for bruchies and they charged me $.25 per fry sauce bullshit

Its good. Better then Subway. Really, it’s a fast food joint, don’t go for the ambiance or service. Get your sandwich, eat and get out. I had the chicken and pineapple cheese steak and I was happy with the results.

I love the pepper cheese steak, tastes great and their fries are exactly what you would expect. Yum. Service has always been good. I’ve heard that they donate their bread instead of throwing out which is a great thing for the community.

If bad service can happen at a place where you don’t even get waited on at your table but only while ordering at the counter, the service can be described as horrible and rude. The cashier acted completely disrespectful and ruined our meal. I will never return to this company! 1÷25÷14 at 4PM

Granted, I didn’t actually try the Philly Cheesesteak, but my friends did — great feedback on the peppers. Another friend tried a burger(sigh, I know) and he liked it… the fries were all you would expect of crinkle cut glory. Nice selection of bottled juices… I wanted soup, which was on the menu, but apparently only available in winter — would be nice if they noted a menu option was only available for 1 season out of 4… I tried the turkey & cranberry on cracked wheat, which had a ton of meat on it — the bread would have been better toasted, but, alas, not an option. I guess, when in Rome, you really should go for the classic :)

Their chicken and veggie sandwich is awesome. Good friendly service. Just know your clothes will smell like Bruchi’s the rest of the day if you’re eating in there.

I’ve never been to Philly, but if I ever go, this is what I would measure them up to. In my opinion this is the best cheesesteak around. Fresh white bread rolls, mayo(unless you don’t want it, but I do) cheese and MEAT! I think it is pretty easy to overlook the other two reviews of this place, thanks for being so helpful with your reviews guys :) It does depend on who is cooking the food, the noob cooks compress the juice out of the meat, leaving it pretty dry, but any of the cooks who have it down, leave some juice in the meat and you’re in for a treat. I also like the one in the mall, the woman that usually works there is a great sammich builder. Recommendations: Chicken Malibu can’t be beat, Teriyaki marinated meat, ham, pineapple, swiss.(Don’t forget the tobasco and ranch) Turkey cold subs. It’s the only place I’ve ever been that roasts their own turkeys and chips the turkey for a fresh roast taste, not wet cured meats like most sub houses(TBH I happen to like sliced cured turkey too, just not as much as this) Cheesesteaks of course, cooked with Jalepenos and onions, sometimes some A1 is the bomb.

Wasn’t that good. I’ve eaten at one in Kennewick that was much better. Who puts mayo on a cheesesteak anyways…
