Not the greatest Chinese. Lacking flavor. The rice tasted like a mistake. Just not good!!! Even when you’re starving

My husband and I got take out on Friday and were totally disappointed. He ordered the #15 which he always does and was unpleasantly surprised. The sweet and sour pork was chewy, watered down, and chicken chow mein had absolutely no flavor. It resembled the canned chow mein that is in the grocery store in 2 containers wrapped together. I chose the Beef and Peapods which I’ve had before with a black bean sauce. The sauce resembled dirty dish water and tasted as bad. There were grisly pieces of beef, and the pea pods were on the verge of being over cooked. Our daughter also got a combination dinner and the almond chicken which she loves was so gelatinous that she didn’t even finish it. It’s been on a slow downward spiral and unfortunately the prices have continued to increase as with every other restaurant, but with the quality of food they’re putting out, it’s not worth the cost. The wait staff while dining in are very polite, helpful, and always made sure we were taken care of. My husband stated the owners got new cooks and the normal staff that usually whips the food out was gone. We’ve gone here for years even to the previous owner’s former restaurant Haleaina’s on Lake Aspen. We will not be back.

Best spring rolls anywhere. The staff is friendly and always remembers you. It could be 6 months since being there last and they know what you want. Amazing! Haven’t had anything there that wasn’t good. Excellent food

By far the best asain food I’ve ever had anywhere. Small and family owned. The food always tastes the same. I would recommend almond chicken, sweet & sour chicken, or oriental long rice. Drinks are good and strong too.

It really is amazing how one thing can ruin an experience at a restaurant. Myself and 2 other friends wanted to eat out which we don’t get to do often because of having to pay for our schooling. We had decent service and good food but after we paid and didn’t leave a good enough tip for our waitress she came up to us and told us that it was an embarrassment! The amount we gave had no reflection on the service, we are just on a budget! It was so rude and I will never be going back!!!

This is the only Chinese I would come for dinner in Yakima, not 100% Chinese food but since I grow up in a small town what do I know, my husband come from California which is everywhere are Chinese but he still think this place is the best so far in here because the food are make as order with the freshest veggies, we come here for Xmas I had the Yaki Niku it was great, the beef marinated in teriyaki sauce, he have the NY steaks, my mom and dad try the Yaki Tori(grill chicken breast with teriyaki glaze); the customer service was good. Every time we visit WA, we always try to have dinner here at least once.

Holly crap this place prices remindes me of all the over priced menus in yakima and I wonder how they all convinced people to spend all this money for food. Its about 7 bucks for egg rolls on the appetizer menu. Thats crazy. I know its hard to open and run a restaurant. Its tough to stay above water and make money. But thei think the key to growing a customer base is first you got to have great food. Then you have to have the great prices for said great food. Great food at a great price means great costumers. Then boom you build a great atmosphere and you’ll have some unicorn magical kingdom stuff going on. Look at the menu and the prices for yourself. Two stars it is.

Taste is catered towards the western palate. Chicken is over battered. Too much sugar. Not much flavor. Over priced for the quality. Will probably not return.
