They lie! Do not trust them. This has been the longest process where everything was «miscommunication,» and a hundred dollars spent on a phone that was still broken. Not to mention there are teenagers that work there. I had heard that this place was full of crooks and still went there against my better judgement. I just want to warn people. Good luck.
