Olympia, WA
Pleasant and no pressure service while we shopped and test drove. When it came to negotiate, we were misled to believe we had a verbal agreement on the price of the car and our trade in. We drove the prospective car back to Olympia for the night and I paid $ 62 to have it inspected. It showed as needing $ 300 worth of immediate service. They claim they put $ 1,000 into any car before they sell. Where did they put that money? They let me know after I had the inspection done (unrelated to the inspection), that they can’t do the trade in price anymore, and were actually wanting to go down $ 2,000 on the value of our trade in! Wasted 2 trips to Yelm, and $ 62.

I bought a car here and 2 days later the check engine light came on. I emailed the owner about it and he never responded even though he told me to let him know if there were any problems. I would never recommend anyone go to this shop!

Free auto check, nothing to hide. No pressure. No song and dance. Straight, honest deal, fair price, good car. No problems after 3 years. Would buy there again.

Horrible! Bought a car here and have had nothing but problems with it. The guy had the check engine light turned off so we wouldn’t know it was having problems. Would NOT recommend this place.
