If I could go with a ZERO rating, I would! I was looking for apartments and came upon this place. Let’s start at the top: the bedrooms are ridiculously small (I mean a twin would barely fit in there), the washer that was in the apartment was full of nasty water that smelled like it had been there for weeks, the carpets (that are supposed to be replaced after each tenant due to allergies) smelled like they had just been dried out from a flood, and the last thing was the lack of security.
The only pro to the entire place — the bathroom was actually a pretty good size.
