Papa Murphy’s

There are much better options for pizza and customer service in Yelm. Recently had a sloppily made, thin crust pizza with hardly any sauce that dried out when baked according to their directions. When I called to ask for a refund or a credit on a future order, manager and owner both claimed that their thin crust pizzas don’t have a lot of sauce to begin with, put me through a cross-​examination like I was just trying to scam them out of a free pizza. They said I should have made a special trip and driven back in to so they could analyze it despite it being after hours at the time. Yeah right, I threw it out after one piece. Not coming back here again. Save your time and money and go to La Gitana or one the better pizza options instead.

Losing a star just because this isn’t really my thing. If you’re a papa murphy’s fan, you’ll definitely love this place. I like soft crusts and these are definitely more crisp, but not quite thin-​crust crisp. On the other hand, you get them made with plenty of different toppings– even for vegetarians.
On the other, other hand, it costs are much as dominos or pizza hut and you have to go home and cook it all. It seems a little weird to me as I would think it would be cheaper.
The food is good. It’s a solid little place that has an exceptional staff working it. But I feel like I could make it cheaper at home with only an extra twenty minutes tacked on with ready-​made pizza dough– and it takes me that long to drive there and back. I do really like that they include a little paper tray to bake your pizza on. That is deeply appreciated and I hope they continue to do that forever.
If my husband’s into it, we’ll be back. If he’s not, I probably won’t bother. But, again, if you’re a Papa Murphy’s fan and you know the product, this is a Fantastic store and you will 100% give it 5 stars.

Fast service and delicious pizzas. I love that there are always coupons in the paper for them. I’ve only tried like 3 different pizzas from there because I love the papas all meat so much I don’t want to try anything else.
