Pizza Hut

So i walked in at 730 pm and waited about 2 to 3 minutes before i walked to the back to the to go desk when I walked up a person was working on the computer I asked is this where I order my to go he said yes I will get somebody to help you in just one minute I said ok he walked away a woman walked up from the back and was immediately stopped by another employee stating she had a phone call. Nobody has said a word to me about helping me. Its now been 5 min and i look over and see the same waitress that had stopped the woman for her phone call texting sombody right next to her so i waited agian. Now 8 mins being there i walk over and say who do i have to talk to about ordering some pizza. She puts her phone down and huffs and says i guess i can with a bad attitude. Wow that’s what i call awesome customer service. Not!

I think this place is great! Staff is always friendly, and they are always quick to inform you of their specials. They are also reasonably priced. What La Gitana charges for one pizza, you can get two here, and to top it all off, their Hawaiian pizza doesn’t taste like it was made from tomato soup and sandwich meat! :CAUGH: La Gitana

This place is clean, has very good service, and friendly staff. It is very well ran, and will be a place my family and I will come and enjoy frequently.

They mess up our order a lot. First time we ordered delivery and they gave us the wrong order. Next delivery they forgot the breadsticks. They have good food but have a tendency to screw something up.

Very clean restaurant with a great staff! We have been multiple times and never had a bad time. Staff is so friendly and great with our kiddos and special requests for their special needs. We’ve also done pickup orders and only once was it not on time. Food is always good and hot. Bathrooms are clean. They have a bar (never ordered from it) and they have tvs so you can watch the game. Very family friendly.

I just moved into the area. I called into the Pizza Hut and because of my inexperienced with the area I had to run out to the end of the road to see if my address was right on the sign. The guy on the phone sounded like he was irritated with me it. He was kind of rude but other than that the food was great and the delivery man was really awesome he had a wonderful personality.

Get the Parmesan garlic boneless wings and a Hawaiian luau with bell peppers. HECK yea

I placed an online timed order hoping it would be ready as soon as I walked in the door. I was told it wasnt ready yet but that it would be up soon. After 25 minutes finally one of the workers came up to me to see if I needed anything. Yes I still needed my pizza that was suppose to be ready 30 minutes. I could tell she felt really bad but my pizza had been waiting for me the whole time in the holding rack. They didnt offer to take anything off the bill.
The food with a coupon was good for the price but it wasnt worth waiting 30 minutes for. So glad I used the online order service to save time.

Ill rate their customer service since all Pizza Hut tastes the same. The people that work there are nice and they haven’t screwed up our order yet. Food is So-​So but what do you expect from Pizza Hut. Its good when you are too lazy to cook or do dishes but you are desperate for food.

My husband and I have given this Pizza Hut SO many chances… and they have failed each time.
They are ok if you are picking up… they haven’t really screwed up those orders too much. We live too far away to be able to experience their delivery though.
But…dining in… bleh! They have yet to get our order right! Even after being told about my food allergies… they STILL managed to get the offending ingredients on our pizza… multiple times. It’s not that I’m not clear… it’s that they just don’t care. I don’t know why things are SO much worse when you are trying to actually eat there… but for some unknown reason they just are.
After over two years of almost one chance a month we have finally given up on them.

This is the best pizza hut I’ve ever been to! !
