Starbucks

Hmmmm. Not the most polite people there except for about 3 of the older ladies who are so nice it makes up for the rest.

Before I start, I am a Starbucks fan and daily go to a different store and always pleased. That being said, this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Not sure where to even begin. Knowledge of product, speed, friendliness and cleanliness are all lacking. There are much better coffee places to go in town.

Likely the worst Starbucks customer service I have EVER experienced! Previous review of poor management, is right on the money! Filed a concern with Starbucks directly, with no reply.

Wow just wow worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Got upset cause after the customers in front of me heard about my ¾ cup they looked and had there’s remade as well. Never again. Oh but here is a $ 4 card for your next drink that is almost $ 5

Tables and floors are filthy… Seriously need a wipe down and a mop. Trash can outside was Un-​useable due to over flowing. Burnt my wife’s panini and asked if we would take our dine in meals in paper to go bags because they didn’t have any plates washed. I then sat and ate while watching them mess up the orders of the two people behind us, claiming, «it’s hard here and the struggle is real, I wish I never had to work again.» Management needs to tighten up the ship because this a good corner location that’s been good to us on drive through before, but the dine in experience was extremely lacking.

Went there today 11:30am Floor dirty and discussing. Tables the same condition and garbage cans inside and outside over flowing! The shift supervisor claimed that they had been busy doing inventory and didn’t have the time. In that case folks, basically, you suck.

Always very nice, clean atmosphere. Friendly baristas and great coffee! I love the bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich in the morning with my coffee, it’s so yummy! The new manager has really made a lot of improvements!

This Starbucks used to have great service and friendly baristas. The past few months service has been horrible, especially these last few weeks. You walk in no one says anything for minutes, they don’t smile, they are rude. They don’t say hello. There is no small talk they take your order and that is it. They’re don’t go out if their way for you. I had four drinks today and wasn’t offered a drink carrier. I had to ask and then she acted like I was inconveniencing her. I can’t even handle the attitude that they have there. Today was the last time I will get coffee there. My drink tasted horrible and was not correctly made, there was and inch and a half of room at the too before I even took a drink. I have been in costumer service for 10+ years and am a barista. These people know nothing about costumer service. I don’t go around writing negative reviews about places but they are constantly so rude, I won’t waste my money there any more.

Fast friendly service, good salted caramel mocha coffee. Only thing is, it’s kind of small for all the customers it has.

I go to this starbucks at least 3x a week! the baristas make good coffee, and memorize your drink order to the T very quickly! if ever my drink is not what I was hoping for, They are always quick to make me a new beverage! very clean! bathrooms are always tidy! and the same experience you’ll get at every other starbucks… spend a good amount of money on a pretty darn good cup of coffee, sit down and enjoy the trendy atmosphere with a good book, good friend or your laptop. my favorite hangout in yelm!

Yeah its a Starbucks and well they are everywhere! Even in this little B.F.E of a town I live in. Its a clean and quiet place. It’s the best place in town to go and sit down inside and enjoy a cup. The only I think. Yeah. Wish they brewed more than just Pike’s and French. Oh how I love thee Yukon. But this place will not brew it even when they are suppose to. So no 5 stars! Cheers.
