Love this Starbucks! I’ve been thru the drive up and in the store-​either way they are on top of it! My drink is always fabulous! Definitely one of my favorite places to be!

yelm Starbucks is my favorite Starbucks by far. (it didn’t used to be). I am not sure who the manager is there but whoever they are has made a huge impact for me. Store is clean, employees are friendly, and always willing to fix a mistake. You can tell that the employees are happy and there is a manager who cares about the store. Way to go Yelm Starbucks you got this on right!!!

We live in the Puyallup area, but out for a drive and ended up at this Starbucks, as Starbucks is always our choice of coffee places. We always order a venti Americano with a little non fat milk. Always right temperature with the right amount of caffeine in it. Yesterday I have to say was the worst Americano we ever had. It was not hot and tasted like water. We didn’t have them remake ours because two separate customers ahead of us ask to have theirs remade. One said theirs was like water and the other the worst coffee drink she has had. They weren’t to busy a lot of talking with the ones making the coffee. I know I won’t stop at this Starbucks next time in town. Our fault to not have remade, we don’t like to complain. Other then that, Starbucks will always have our business.

No white coffee! Not happy and you lost a customer. :(Probably a lot more customers than you realize. There is a market out there for coffee that doesn’t taste like regular coffee

This Starbucks location can NEVER seem to get ANY drink order correct. Even the simplest of orders they get wrong. It’s been like this for the 4 years that I’ve been coming to Yelm. I LOVE Starbucks, but for some reason, literally EVERY time we go, we do not get what we ordered.
Yesterday we went back HOPING they have changed this, but ordered a simple iced tall passion tea. We got a passion tea with no Classic/​sweetener… we didn’t say anything about no sweetener. I definitely know HOW to order because I used to work for Starbucks.
God forbid we ask for a customized drink.
We now go out of our way to visit the Starbucks inside Safeway. They rock!

I go to this starbucks at least 3x a week! the baristas make good coffee, and memorize your drink order to the T very quickly! if ever my drink is not what I was hoping for, They are always quick to make me a new beverage! very clean! bathrooms are always tidy! and the same experience you’ll get at every other starbucks… spend a good amount of money on a pretty darn good cup of coffee, sit down and enjoy the trendy atmosphere with a good book, good friend or your laptop. my favorite hangout in yelm!

Colorado Springs, CO
Half caf, double caf, decaf, half caf, with a twist of lemon. Best breakfast sandwiches in a drivethru. Period. Service is exceptional for a drivethru. Love it!
