Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals, went to eat and no forks or spoons for the mashed potatoes and no butter for the biscuit or napkins! Called to complain and they offered to give free meals next time. Went in a few weeks later, I was the only customer inside and there were at least 3 employees walking back and forth and nobody would take my order for at least 10 minutes. They were very rude about giving the free meals, acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. They did not put the utensils or butter in the bags and did not tell me where to get them. I don’t know how this branch stays in business.

Twice when using their drive-thru and ordering a12Pc meal, only to find 11 pieces when you get home. Both occasions they omitted a chick breast — I won;t be back

Really…“sorry our cooks didn’t make any chicken bits… sorry” That was the prelude to this story. So I pull up for a simple order of 10 piece chicken bits meal, with a mash potatoes side. I added coleslaw for myself because it’s one of the things I like there. Then after waiting at the drive thru window for 5 minutes the cashier girl said that to me. Then asked me to sit outside infront of store. All good and all but now it’s been 25 minutes and I’m getting a little upset at this.

I hadn’t eaten all day long so I pick up dinner at this location, all night long I was up with bad stomach pains, by early morning I was vomiting and suffering from frequent diarrhea. I believe that food poison is the culprit. Will never eat there again.

One star is not even right. Worst ever KFC i’ve been to. Slow and manager was there and does not even bother observing nor correcting their slow workers. Poorest branch in customer service

Not quite sure why this place stays busy, maybe it’s because there’s not that many places around for «quick» service. Nearly every time I’ve come to this location they’ve managed to mess up my order. I usually order the original grilled chicken from KFC but I’ve come to a conclusion that this place serves chicken with muscular dystrophy because there’s no meat on these bones. They’re always low on grilled chicken, white or dark. This time they charged me for grilled chicken breast which I asked for but since they ran out they gave me 2 chicken wings and 2 legs… All which must have come from a starving Ethiopian chicken. This place is combined with a tacobell which I haven’t had any problems with but I am writing this review strictly on the KFC side.

Bleh!
Every now and then my husband wants fried chicken. Why we go to KFC I will never know. I am certain the Colonel wouldn’t be pleased with the quality of food that is served nowadays.

Not our usual choice for food. However, my husband wanted to have it while watching the game today. He ordered a bucket of chicken with sides. First they gave him an individual meal. He straightened that out. They handed him a bag of food. He gets home and he doesn’t have his potatoes and gravy. The chicken looks like it was thrown in the bucket, the biscuits are underdone and they totally keep the rest. He was so upset as for some unexplainable reason he loves their mashed potatoes and gravy.
Can’t recommend it. Go to Safeway for their chicken instead.

Service was quick like fast food should be. Potato wedges were stale although they were just made and the gravy was way too watery. Attention to detail should be made with the food before being sent out. Not my first time I’ve had issues at this KFC. I would much rather travel an hour out of my way to go to another KFC than go to this one.
