Yesterday I ordered a pizza via the Android App at about 7:40pm. By 9pm the pizza STILL had not arrived although the«pizza tracker» said it had left the store at 8:40pm A FULLHOUR after I ordered it. I called and the girl who answered the phone said they were really busy and understaffed and blah blah blah. I was curt with her because frankly I don’t care. I ordered a product with the expectation I would receive it in a reasonable amount of time and I wasn’t interested in hearing about the store’s employee management problems. She said, «Well sir, I don’t know what to tell you.» I said, «Well I know what to tell you. Refund my money and keep the pizza.» She said she would refund my money and I hung up with another word.(Not sure as of right now if that actually happened since I haven’t had a chance to review my bank account) So, hungry and irritated I went to bed with an empty stomach only to be awoken at 9:40pm by the doorbell. Naturally it was the delivery driver who didn’t get the message to cancel my order(now why would they bother telling her?) Keep in mind that she knows nothing of the cancellation and shows up and my door to deliver a pizza a FULLHOURAFTER leaving the store with my(hot and ready I’m sure) pizza. She is very apologetic and tries to give me a ½ off coupon as if I ever plan to go this with them again in the future and the pizza I ordered which came out of the oven about an hour and half prior to her getting to my door. I tell her thanks but no thanks. She can keep the pizza. I lodged a complaint with corporate for all the good that does. They did get back to me within about 20 minutes explaining that the store is locally owned and that they would forward the complaint to them. Sorry If I have no faith that the local owners or managers will actually get back to me on this. Should they do so however, I will update this review with the outcome.

Was told sandwiches were good so stopped in. As we arrived, customer was being told — sorry wrong pizza made so you can wait — while your other 4 – 5 get cold… ok errors happen. We ordered and I had to repeatedly ask if the boneless chicken had a coating… no — breading… no nothing but dipping so I asked once more and they said«just like nuggets — so I said breading? and she says«yes»…sigh. So order wings and a sandwich. Watched them call the driver back in because the order was wrong… Tracker says our order ready, we watch them place sandwich on warmer and nothing… We asked what’s up as name totally disappeared and no order. We were finally told after asking 2 – 3 times what’s up? that they made the wrong wings and just started new ones. No one came to let us know they screwed up another order. We asked for the sandwich so it could be eaten 2 – 3 times and they ignored us. Another driver came in and immediately started working with the orders sitting on the table We objected to lack of handwashing and worker got a bit belligerent and said she wasn’t…until another worker stated the need to wash and not touch our food. Wing sauce just okay and wings greasy and sad… don’t think i’ll be back…

The food is ok, but it consistently takes an hour(or more) for delivery to Roy, despite the 25 – 35 minute promise. And just be aware that if you order a salad or a pop, they will almost always forget it. And then of course it will be another 45+ minutes before they get the missing part to you. The drivers are very nice and apologetic, but this has been an ongoing problem with this location for years. If you don’t mind waiting for 1 – 2 hours to get your food, go for it.

Giving it 1 star for very poor customer service. I was second in line to order with someone else behind me. It was starting to get busy when another employee came out to help. He never asked who was next, he pointed to the guy behind me and asking if he ordered and proceeded to help him. The guy that was behind me now being helped, apologized. I told him it wasn’t his fault and then I left. Domino’s you just lost what use to be a loyal customer since 1982.

What can I say? It’s Domino’s… about as good as you can get for delivery pizza. But tonight we are celebrating national sandwich day. The sandwiches smell and look amazing. I have never gone wrong with Domino’s before. The only reason I gave it four stars was the fact that I use the app which has a tracker. The tracker told me to dig in as my food had been delivered to my door approximately 26 minutes before it actually showed up. Stick with Domino’s…BUT…Domino’s…Please fix the app then I’ll give you five stars.

Please remember, it’s dominos. What they get is what they serve. I can’t blame these people for the product’s quality. It’s just your typical delivery pizza. I’ve been ordering pretty regularly for about six months now. The delivery drivers are always super sweet, and I’ve never had a single problem. My order is always correct. It’s always here long before they say it will be. Pizza Hut IS better than dominos in terms of taste, but they don’t deliver out here. So Dominos it is.

Can I give 0 stars? This is cardboard box garbage. Domino’s is usually good and I get it all the time(just never hear). Don’t waist your time. Please dont make the same mistake I did. Whoever is the manager or owner better take heed, I can guarantee that I am not the only person who has been sold junk here today. I would hate to say it but pizza hut is better than this crap. Too bad I live 10 miles away otherwise this shiza would be taken back… Now I get to eat microwave food and waisted 20 bucks.
