Charleston, SC
Gave the entire complex a 5Star and McDonalds a 4 for being in the perfect place. The service is pretty good and the food is consistent. Place is kept clean. Just a good spot to stop because you can get gas, go to the convenience store, use the restroom, and get McDonalds food and get back on the road with little time wasted.

We been looking for food for the last hour. Coming down 17 we didn’t find anything. My cashier was super friendly & gave each person a big smile a lot making us customers feel welcomed. The manager was very friendly and helpful too. My tea taste fresh & perfect not to dark & not too light. I truly love McDonalds unsweet tea, and I really am happy that they have Splenda or Equal, some places are still giving out Sweet & Low, yuck!!! My egg, bacon & cheese biscuit tasted very good. My dog, Brianna gave the bacon two paws up! She always eats the bacon off my biscuit.

Quite possibly the worst McDonalds ever!
Smelled like a sewer, filthy floors and tables, cold food, no C02 in tanks so every soda was flat… But no refunds!!! Next time ur taking a trip drive past this one, u will regret eating here.

ZERO Stars! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This was without a doubt the dirtiest, worst managed McDonalds I have ever been in. Dining room was filthy and in disarray. The bathrooms were horrible, no toilet paper, broken soap dispenser, light bulbs flickering out, dirty floors and full trash containers in the stalls. It was so bad we left as quickly as possible and will never return. I will travel 50 miles in any direction to give some other place my business.

This has to be the worst Mcdonalds in America. Slow service doesn’t even begin to describe it. Took 30min for cold pancakes.

Charleston, SC
Stopped in here on our way to Florida — never again. After parking and seeing the line out the door, we should have returned to our car. What was to be a 5 – 10 minute stop for coffee and egg mcmuffins turned into over an HOUR. The cashier just took order after order but the kitchen couldn’t keep up – we were standing shoulder to shoulder with our receipts in hand, just waiting for our food.
They were giving away free coffee — but if you wanted cream and sugar you had to ask at the counter. When I did, the lady put a handful of creams and sugars in a bag and handed it to me! I could never use so much. A better solution would be to place the bins on the counter and let people take only as much as they need.
Bathrooms were atrocious. The drink/​condiment area looked like a tornado had hit and the dining area was a mess.

Stopped in for a quick break on a recent road trip. Fairly easy to get to off I-​95, and attached to a decent gas station, so this makes a nice stop if you’re on the road.
While walking into Mickey D’s, was greeted by a young man fixing chairs on the outside patio cursing into a cell phone. Thankfully the employees inside were nicer, and the restaurant was clean, however the restrooms were pretty bad. Food was typical McDonald’s, although I just grabbed some juice and coffee.
Not the nicest McDonald’s ever, but not the worst I’ve been to. Like I said, this place offers a nice break on the road if you need some gas, quick food, and a bathroom break. Just don’t go in with high expectations.
