I thought Wendys had a reputation as a reputable food establishment that maintained clean place to eat. Well not this one. Tables dirty, floor sticky and slick. No upsales even forgot pickles on new Cod sandwich. Was totally unimpressed.

Tried to order the small coffee on the menu, they told us they don’t serve the 99 cent and had us order a medium or large.(Although he told us this after he told us the total would be 1.42) It is a small thing, but restaurants should sell what they advertise.

So I’m really not trying to make review on large chains like this, but I just had to for this one. This place is so dirty, just so dirty. The tables, dirty, the floor dirty, the counter, dirty, the kitchen, dirty! Service was ok, I wish they could be more clear and loud when talking to you. The food here is not any better. We found a hair in our burger, really Wendy’s, this is bad!

Stopped here for a Quick«fast food» meal on the way to the SC beaches. Huge mistake… The service was extremely slow in that we had to wait over 15 minutes for a take out order that was nothing out of the ordinary. Since we ordered at the counter inside, it appeared that the staff put more emphasis on keeping the drive-thru window moving, rather than taking care of the inside customers. In my travels I always felt that Wendy’s was consistent and their food/service was above average when comparing the major chains. This one really missed the mark IMO.

Needs to be mopped and a crew cleaning throughout. The bldg did not smell bad but the aesthetics of the place was blah.

I read in the Harvard Business Review that a one star increase in a restaurants Unilocal rating can yield 5−9% increase in sales for independent restaurants. However, Unilocal reviews have no discernible impact on chain restaurants. The researcher’s conclusion was that people use Unilocal to make decisions about places they aren’t familiar with, but not for restaurants that they have already made a judgement about – like chains. So I’ll just tell you that it is like any other Wendy’s, but had an unclean dining room.
