Elevation Burger

This is my first time in elevation burger. We ordered the original elevation burger and the original fries. We also got an entrée sized Caesar salad. The burger was okay. It is organic and grass fed beef. The good thing is it comes with two patties, so the meat to bun ratio is perfect. It also comes in a potato roll which I feel is the best bun for a burger. We also got all the toppings that came with it. It meat remained fairly juicy despite being cooked well done. I did not like the cheddar cheese that came with it and the iceberg lettuce has seen better days. The fries were cut thinly, fried crispy and aggressively salted. It was the best part of our meal. They are reminiscent of steak and shake fries though not as good. As for the Caesar salad the lettuce was partially wilted, not fresh. Quite disappointing.
For comparisons sake, I feel elevation burger is not nearly as good as shake shack. Probably about the same level as five guys.
The best part about this place is probably the service. Everyone of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

My hubby loves it here! He loves the veg n vegan patties, their cheese fries and their milkshakes.
Grass fed beef, fries fried in olive oil. Organic products. hey if u wanna have junk food, it could be a healthier choice.
Its a bit pricey but its better than regular junk food.
Definitely a gem!

This was easily the worst chicken sandwich I ever ate. Soggy, flavorless, left me feeling nauseous and disgusted. One star is for very friendly service staff.

Decent burger, above average fries (if you like thin fries), pretty good service, lots of seats, a little pricey.
Nothing special, but considering the location, it’s one of the better non-​dine in restaurants at Ridge Hill. Actually, it might be the best non-​dine in option at Ridge Hill.

Great find for lunch before Legoland Discovery Center Westchester at Ridge Hill Mall. Enjoyed our veggie burgers, grilled cheese, salad, Fancy Fries and milk shake. Pleasant surprise how many fewer calories the veggie patties are than beef patties. Please open in/​near Morristown!

Two stars for cleanliness and very nice staff. The burger on the other hand was a HUGE letdown, very under seasoned and was the only thing warm (not hot). I added extra cheese and bacon, the cheese wasn’t even melted and the bacon was cold and nearly burnt, which I didn’t even know was possible. It wasn’t even busy at the time so I’m not sure if this was just overlooked or their standard of serving food. Overall, pretty disappointing.

Must admit, they really make a delicious burger! I usually eat organic meats, they have a fresher juicer flavor, well it’s hard to describe but basically you can taste the quality in the meat. The fries are good too. Enjoy!

I called ahead and asked if they had gluten free bread, they said yes, they totally don’t; frustrating. The burgers were rather average. But the ingredient quality is better than a general burger joint. If I hadn’t had false expectations due to them giving me misinformation, this would probably be a slightly higher rating.

Customer service is excellent and the food is really good definitely a diamond in the rough.

Although this joint is in a huge yuppie mall, the people are really nice and the burgers are great-​especially for the money. Grass fed organic beef burgers starting at around $ 6! And my girlfriend had a very good, real-​milk shake with fresh blueberries. The fries are a little greasy because they’re fresh, not frozen. Yummm. I recommend this place.

The vegetarian patty has decent flavor and seasoning. I appreciate that you can now add guacamole on the side. Fries are thinly cut and kind of wilted. The staff is usually friendly and nice.

If you want to be cheap just ask for a cup of water it’s free. I ordered the elevation burger and it was fantastic. I got everything on it which is a added plus. There ingredients are fresh and there burger has a different taste from shack shake who I still rate number 1. They need to season there burgers a little more to beat shake shake. My wife had the chicken bacon sandwich and it was amazing she said it was the best chicken sand which she has ever had. The fries were good but I really need to try the shake before I can give this 5 stars.

BEST BURGER SPOT, almost ever.
This is my new burger spot. Everything is great about this place. The food, the staff, the cleanliness, the location. You just can not go wrong.
The staff actually goes out of their way to make sure the customers are satisfied.

Nice & casual place to eat lunch. My kids who are fairly slow eaters devoured their cheeseburger & grilled cheese. Not sure if it was indicative of how good the food was or how famished they were. Wifey ordered a veggie burger & she liked it. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger. It was pretty good, but a little overcooked. The fancy fries (AKA cheese fries) were very good. Percy (a manager?), was very friendly. He came to our table & interacted with the kids and made them paper airplanes, which in turn made Percy a hero to them. I would go back if I were in the area.

Elevation Burger is another Burger chain like Five Guys, Shake Shack, etc. The place was clean and the staff was polite and speedy. They even bring you your order. If you are getting a burger and fries expect to spend at least $ 12. I’d say that’s better than dropping that much money on food in the movies if you plan on eating first.
The menu is pretty cool, they have a list of Signature Burgers or you can order an Elevation Burger which you can stack up to 10 Patties (which is outrageous if anyone was to do that) and add a bunch of toppings.
I ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheddar, my brother got the Mushroom Swiss and we split Fancy Fries with bacon. The Fancy Fries are so fancy. Oozing cheddar and Bacon steaming over to my table. ah. I also got an Oreo Cheesecake Milkshake. My burger was good, not great. The fries could’ve been more crispy though. I like dat crunch, feel me? Ok, the Oreo Cheesecake Milkshake was RIDICULOUS. woo, I was sad I was so full I couldn’t even finish it. I wouldn’t mind coming here for just that if I felt I needed a milkshake fix. I’ll probably come back if I need a quick bite before a movie.

The burgers have no flavor whatsoever. The place was both empty and dirty when I was there (Sunday night). I asked for jalapeños as a topping… I got jalapeño stems. The food is basically terrible and I gave it one star for supposedly being organic.

I’m really pleased with this place. We’ve been here a few times and each time it has been quick and tasty. The burgers are yummy and fries too!

I loved these burgers and so did my husband and 2 boys ! Juicy and cooked just right. The French fries where good .
I just wished they had more sides like onion rings! Lol good customer service and food was delivered to our table. We all ate and spent only $ 30 which is awesomeeeee !
I will be back especially my husband he has been really craving for another elevation burger !

Another one in the long line of burger places that are just a step (or two) above fast food. Decent food, nothing special though… I do like some of the other chains in the same category better.

Roy’s Top 5 Things to Know:
1. These are the best burgers, better than even Shake Shack. They just have an organic taste to it. I recommend wrapping your burger in lettuce rather than using a bun (Shake Shack’s buns are better) and getting one patty so get the kids burger.
2. They also have a kick-​butt grilled cheese sandwich (add bacon!) and their fries taste real fresh.
3. Takes about 10 – 15 minutes to get your burger order.
4. Modern fountain drink machine so you can get a variety of drinks, water’s free of course just ask for a cup.
5. One restroom per gender (kept clean).
