Ight so the chalupa slider and quesalupa wer lit but the loco taco had more sour cream than anything else. Also, the service was slow as turd they served the 5 people that ordered after me before me and so dumb that they forgot I even ordered. But the lupas are legit.

This place is an absolute disaster. They simply cannot manage their customers’ orders and the venue is filthy beyond belief. Don’t even think about dining at this location. There is always cheese, sauce, crumbs and what not lingering on the tables not to mention an unhealthy amount of flies buzzing around. Most of the food is stale and has been sitting out all day before being half-heartedly scooped out and smushed into your taco, burrito or what have you. The employees are kind and helpful people yet they have yet to get around to cleaning the place thoroughly. Avoid the drive through at all costs because your order will most likely be lost in translation and you will be waiting there for a good chunk of time. If you must go here be prepared to leave and enjoy your meal at home. This is not a place you’d want to stick around however for the chain the food is somewhat decent if you don’t mind stale tasting Taco Bell.

I used the online app to place an order. I paid for the order when I placed it online at my house then went and picked it up. I checked my bags before I began to drive home, thank God, and found that my 12 pack box of tacos was missing. My 12 pack was meant to be 6 soft tacos and 6 crunchy tacos. Instead I received only one soft taco and one crunchy taco rather than the 12. I walked in and told the manager. He proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t his problem because the online app«made a mistake» and the app told them I «only ordered 1 crunchy taco and one soft taco.» I showed him the confirmation email and told him he was wrong and proved that I ordered a 12 pack. He agreed, showed my confirmation email to the rest of the staff to show them how the online app messes orders up, but still told me it’s not their responsibility to correct my order because the online app is the one that messed up. Mind you, I already paid for a 12 pack and now the manager was still refusing to give me what I paid for. When I told him this he said he won’t argue with me because he’s not required to fix the online apps mistakes about my order. I wasn’t going to leave without what I paid for and he finally agreed to make the 10 tacos that were missing. The cashier laughed in my face and said«you got lucky tonight.» The whole staff was incredibly rude and I will never eat Taco Bell again. I emailed them about this situation and they have yet to even reply over a month later. So inconsiderate and unprofessional

The one star is solely based on service which is alarmingly horrible at the least. Spent over 40 minutes through the drive through because Juan G decided that he’d rather be a comedian than take orders. Then subsequently forgot to bring out my order(which was not ready so they asked me to pull to the side and wait until they could bring it out in 5 mins) causing me to drag myself and my infant baby into the store 20 mins later. Will never go back here again

This place was FILTHY. The food was also not up to standard for what I would expect from a Taco Bell. Between the liter strewn floor, sticky tables and flies we could not really enjoy our meal. Plus, the siera mist soda tasted like rusty water, so I will assume that the filter on their fountain has not been changed in a long time.

Manager stated I am not allowed to take pics of the establishment. Food taste good and is very fresh. Even though it there was only another customer in line before me, waiting for the food took awhile. Drive-thru is way faster. BTW, noticed on the receipt, asking for extra sour cream was 59 cents more! Unbelievable.

The customer service at this location is downright shameful. I came here about three days ago to get a personal pepperoni pizza. After waiting forever to get to the pick-up window after ordering, the worker told me that the pizza was not yet out of the oven and to drive to the front to wait for someone to walk out with it. After doing as instructed, I realized after about 20 minutes that they probably forgot me. I then went inside to a confused and bizarrely packed dining room. When I informed the employee at the register about being forgotten. He quickly grabbed a STALE pizza and handed it to me without an apology. When I complained about the abysmal nature of their customer service, the employee laughed over my head with another employee who was headed to break. It was offensive and rude. He completely ignored me and walked off. I then asked for the manager. The manager looked flustered and disinterested. It is clear that the dysfunction starts at the top. I have the information for their higher ups and will be contacting them to file a formal complaint. A whole 35 minutes of my time(from when I drove into the drive-thru to the point when I was walking back to my car with a stale pizza) .wasted! The six dollars that I spent on a STALE pizza… wasted! I will never return as I am no fool and do not deserve this kind of treatment.

2 stars for great service and the awesome fountain drinks. Hey maybe I have been going to ummm tons of restaurants that dont serve insanely processed foods, but today going to taco bell i gota say the food tastes like carboards with some fire sauce. I can’t knock the service but the quality of food doesn’t exist since it doesn’t taste like food. So go to tacobell at your own risk. I advice avoiding it, they make burger king taste organic lollll

This Taco Bell just keeps on disappointing. The level of uncleanliness is uncaring, would it kill them to check on the dinning room are every half hour, or after a big rush? I every heard a worker talking back to his manager once, very unprofessional! Maybe they should hire educated people and the place can improve.

After waiting over 20 minutes and being told I couldn’t have extra napkins, I was eating my crunch wrap supreme and I bit into something hard. I immediately spit it out and to my disbelief realized it was a 1.5″ x .125″ piece of wood. Similar to a wood chip. I was horrified but managed to stay calm. I went into the place to let them know. The cashier looked at the wood chip and didn’t say a word, just walked back and got the manager. She was apologetic and did refund the item but that was it. I almost wish I had went in to begin with because I would have walked right out. The place was a mess. The tables were all dirty, the floors were filthy, the trash was over flowing and the food prep area had food and wrappers strewn everywhere and crumbs and dirt all over the floor. There is no way I would return here. I understand a place being busy but there is no excuse for this level of uncleanliness.

Dirty, outdated décor. Greasy stale left too long tasting food. Should be shut down by the health department. Maybe I’m being biased but I seriously wouldn’t step foot back in there. For a real taco experience for the same low price I’d stick with Tacos el Poblano. While that is a small shack type building, it’s much cleaner, service is outstanding and food is excellent for lack of a better word.

The food is good. I’ve been to other Taco Bells where everything you order is very sloppy McGee, but this place is actually pretty good. The people there are always very friendly and always try to speed up the lines.

people like to hate on taco bell. I think they are misguided. given the options on central avenue, you can actually grab something moderately healthy(im a vegetarian) and super cheap. go for the crunch wrap. be delighted by the crunch and the soft. youre welcome.

It’s definitely like every other Taco Bell, plus the staff is cool, the line moves quick, and the bathrooms are clean. Minus 2 stars for the annoying smoke detector beeping because of a spent battery. Somebody please change that freaking thing!
