While I firmly believe Wendy’s is way better than McDonald’s or BK, I used to always avoid this location because of their incompetent workers and flagrant sanitation violations. However they recently renovated the old building and put up a shiny new one. So one day I decided to walk there after the gym(I know, don’t look at me like that) for some dinner. It’s clean, modern, spacious, the menu is on digital screens now, and they also replaced the soda machine to the newer model with all the flavors. Oh and there are much more seats too. It all LOOKS good, but how’s the staff? Pretty okay, not bad. You’re still gonna get eyes rolled at you, you’re still going to get teeth sucked at in front of you, you’re still going to wait 15+ minutes for the simplest of orders, and there’s still a 1 in 3 chance your order will have something missing or mixed up. That comes with the territory of fast food restaurants, unfortunately. As for how the quality of the food. It’s standard Wendy’s, which is indeed a good thing.

This particular location reopened sometime in the fall of 2015. It has great décor and a pleasant atmosphere. The food is good too – it came out quickly, about five minutes, and it was fresh and hot. I had the 4 for $ 4 meal. The jr. baconator had crispy bacon, which is rare for a fast food joint, and all of the other food(4 pc chicken nuggets, small fries) I tried was great. FIVEALLDAY.

Isn’t Wendy’s supposed to be FASTFOOD? We waiting on line for 10 minutes then it took them over 25minutes to give us our food. And the soda machine is broke. No discount. No accommodation and definitely no one moving faster. The food is good quality and tastes good but damn this service makes us never want to comeback. This is the third time we’ve been here at different times of the week where the service has been this slow. And let me mention, for a brand new renovated place, you think they would of been smart enough to make more seating.

Recently reopened. They knocked down the old one and built it from scratch. Very nice atmosphere and décor. Service was a little slow but the food was fresh and hot. Will definitely be a regular here.

They are not closed. Recently, as in tonight, I exchanged USD for hamburgers at this location.

I used to come here back in the day as a kid. They had 2 giant black and white photographs of Celtics’ Legend John Havlicek in the front, because he was the owner of this Wendy’s. It was absolutely awesome.

My fries were overcooked. The man who took my order and my cash also turned around to serve my food. NO! He didn’t hit the hand sanitizer either. My order was wrong the 2nd time I came. I came in on Thursday November 6, 2014 about 1:30 pm. Management is very good. Staff should NEVER serve food AND handle money. Rest room was cleaned lobby and counters were clean. Asmothesphere is nice and a good place to have a quiet lunch with no frills. The food preparers need improvement and should check orders for accuracy and napkins.

Haven’t been at this store in over a year. And it will be my last. Food and service was horrible. Wanted to try the new pulled pork sandwiches. Ordered two pulled pork sandwiches and a order of fries. Each sandwich was $ 5.49. When I unwrapped the sandwiches, there was about a tablespoon of meet on each one. The two buns touched each other like there was nothing inbetween. There was supposed to be cole slaw on each one also, nothing. Asked the worker for ketchup, he made a face like I was bothering him. And when I got home there was none in the bag. Bottom line, never again at this location. I’ll drive to the Elmsford location if I want overpriced fast food.

If you like to stand at the counter while the counter help flirt with each other, play around, and generally do everything but take your order, this is the place for you. This on a slow Sunday evening: 5+ minutes to place a simple salad order, 5 minutes for the premade salads to reach the counter. Food was OK. This is a sub– par Wendy’s by any standards. Avoid.

Cheap. Tasty. What else do you want? Typical Wendy’s joint with your usual menu. This place could definitely use a makeover. The drive thru talk speaker has not worked well in the longest time. The person taking your order can never hear your order and you have to yell back at them repeating it. Behind the counter looks outdated and when looking up, I noticed the ceilings looked leaky and crusty; I couldnt help but imagine some paint chips or drippings falling into my all time fav Baja Salad. Eek. They even have one of those folding doors on the side which probably leads to their break room or something. The employees look like they just came out of jail. Seriously. Who does the hiring here? Oh, and the other day, they totally screwed my order. I asked for no pickles and ofcourse they gave me pickles. I asked for a half a salad and they gave me a full AND(of course) they didnt give us any ketchup or napkins. Boo.

I visited this Wendy’s on Sunday, October 30. There was a line of about 5 people in front of us. The line moved slow. It seemed some customers were waiting for food that was not ready. After waiting 10 minutes to place my order, I was greeted by a cashier with the most unpleasant demeanor. Before I placed my order, I showed the cashier a receipt with a discount code(from the survey) from a prior trip to Wendy’s which entitles me to $ 2 off any large sandwich. After handing her the receipt and telling her what it was for, she gave me bewildered look and placed the receipt on the counter. After a couple of seconds, she stared at me and said«what do you want» with plenty of street attitude. I started the order by telling her I want a baked potato at which time she said they have no baked potatos. Again, this was said with the nastiest of attitudes. After encountering such a bad attitude, I decided my girlfriend and I had had enough and started to leave. But then I said to myself, why should I take that kind of attitude. So I walked back into the store and asked the same girl for a manager. A woman came to me and asked my how she could help me. I first just asked her why there were no baked potatos. She responded that they would be ready in about 20 minutes(something the cashier didn’t bother to find out). I then told the manger about the poor attitude of the cashier, at which time the cashier yelled that I didn’t tell her what I wanted. The manager told her to quiet down and be nice. After seeing that the manager was no better than the cashier, I had enough of this experience and walked out. I have visited several Wendy’s over the last month in PA, NY and NJ. Each time I was greeted with smiling faces and a pleasant demeanor. It’s a pity that this Wendy’s is so poorly managed that they can’t even get their employees to treat customers with the basic respect they deserve.

Everything at this place is just as you may expect. The food is good, fresh, and prepared quickly. Actually one of the better Wendy’s I have gone to. The only problem I have with this location is the drive thru. They always get the order correct, but there is always a long wait. If there are four cars in front of you expect a 20 minute wait. You may just prefer to go inside and order instead of waiting.
