This is our go to place for tasty and healthy food options. My family and I eat here(at this location) at least once per week. I’ve eaten at several Wahoo locations, and while the food is consistently good at each, the service and friendly people here make it a stand out. The menu has plenty of healthy options like their kale or power chopper salad, which are both delicious and have lots of flavor. Their tacos are outstanding and come with a great selection of sides. If that doesn’t sound good, then you cannot go wrong with their quesadillas. There isn’t a single item on their menu that we don’t like, so it’s always hard to choose — if you go with a group, I recommend trying a few different things and sharing, because you won’t be disappointed.

First time here. The fish tacos are fantastic. I’m glad to find this place, because I see there is a location close to my house

Came here on a Monday at 4:30, ordered 2 of the 3 street taco specials, and 2 beers. The girl behind the counter didn’t know how to serve beer from a tap so that was a laugh watching her get trained to not pore foam… then the disappointment of our food coming out wrong and cold. We wanted 2 fish tacos and 1 pork on one plate, and 2 fish and one chicken on another. The order was completely wrong and I had to take it back because the waitress couldn’t tell what items were on what plate. They also forgot the second beer. All and all disappointed with what should have been a very simple meal.

My third Wahoo’s location… great place to catch some grub after a morning hike and workout. I ordered one of my favorites on the menu… the bowl which is served with white or brown rice, black or cajun beans, and a choice of protein(I ordered the fish). Everything was really tasty, well priced, and the service was solid. If you have not tried Wahoo’s, definitely do so and you wont be disappointed.

My last visit here was horrrible! The cashier, Camila, was super slow eating gum while taking my order .!That was extremely rude and gross! She was also our server. She just dumped the plate down. Never stopped by to check if everything was okay. All you can see that she was goofing playing around in the back. With her kind of attitude it doesn’t even deserve a one star.

Bad. Just bad. One person ringing when line was long. Finally get there and order to go. Forgot my rice and beans which I paid for. Get my rice and beans and they give me wrong rice. Re-get my rice and beans and get into my car. Decide to check the burrito just in case and there’s cheese on it. The receipt says no cheese. Walk in and tell them which they don’t appear surprised or sympathetic that they messed up numerous times. Asked for money back. Currently at The Habit waiting for my new dinner option. Everyone makes mistakes but it’s how you fix them that counts. They did a poor job.

Came in here during my lunch break at work on a Friday. It was very busy and took a while to get our food. If you’re in a hurry, I recommend ordering beforehand and then they’ll have it ready beforehand. I had the California burrito with chicken. Very filling and tasty! Not the best burrito I’ve ever had but I enjoyed it.

**Update…I decided to give them another chance… because, well I just LOVE Wahoo’s. Still disappointed in the changes in the menu, but opted to try something besides my favorites. I was literally craving their food. I had the 2 taco combo(I asked for carnitas, even though I am not sure if it’s on the menu). Had it with the citrus slaw and white rice with extra salsa. It was fantastic!!! I am a fan again. My only complaint is it wasn’t super busy, but they only had one girl taking orders and it was REALLY slow. The line jammed up to about 10 people and they still didn’t call anybody to help her. I’m a fan again!!! Yay… I missed you Wahoo’s :)

One of my Orange County favorites! Started in the late 80’s, Wahoo’s has been serving the SoCal community with some of the best surf food out there. Their food is a mixture of Mexican, Brazilian and Asian fare. Not only is the food fresh and tasty, they are big in the community promoting many local events. Wahoo’s has a great partnership with the surfing and skateboarding community as well. There are several options of protein to choose from for your entrée and the portions are generous. I tried the Outer Reef Burrito this time and it was delicious. I love walking out of this place full, but in a good way.

I’m literally still sitting in the restaurant and I had to say it’s not bad. My hubby got the Maui bowl which he loves. And I got the bonzai burrito with asada and Cajun beans. Oh and for appetizer the Baja rolls were amaze, especially paired with the guac sauce. Thanks Wahoo’s!

I’ve been coming here for a few years and was ok with the food. This time, not a fan. I got steak enchiladas with red sauce. The sauce tasted like tomato soup. A very light red color, not deep like enchilada sauce should be. Service was fine as always but no going back for me.

Wanted to try this place for sometime and finally did try on May 4 around 2 pm. Great disappointment specially with the girl(Odi something) who was at front taking orders. No treating, smile, welcome. Her her attitude was if you are here give me order and your money ang get out. She was busy counting money in register. Very dry, totally un friendly. Food was ok and the so was ther server. No not going back. Will stay with Califonia fish n grill.

Wahoo’s is awesome. The fish tacos are second to none. The rice and beans are exceptional and spiced perfectly. The food is always fresh, and the staff is efficient. If you’re looking for a good, fresh, and healthy meal… look no further.

I’ve always loved wahoos! Always. But for some reason this visit the food was just Ehhhh. Seems like they’ve lost something. Not sure what it is but it just didn’t seem the same. This location just like the rest is clean and employees are pleasant. I just wasn’t into the food for some reason. Maybe it was just me. But will always love wahoos.

I love me some Wahoo’s. The banzai burrito is my go to, I just love the sauce the use and the veggies are on point. I get it with fish, it’s a bit pricier and smaller in size, but the flavor is just so good, I want two every time… Service is nice, the place well kept, like the vibe and décor, 5 stars if they up the portions or lower the prices by a buck or two.

I’m a fan of Wahoo’s. Although I’m a fan of taco stand Mexican food where everything is deep fried and covered in cheese and sauce, sometimes I want something a bit more clean. That’s usually when I come to Wahoo’s. Yes, you will pay a little more here than going to other«Mexican» places and yes, I used quotations around Mexican. The reason is because some people argue that Wahoo’s is not Mexican. Be that as it may, I like it here. The salsa is good and always tastes fresh. The only thing I was a little frustrated by was the wait I had after placing a phone order. I called to order my food for take out and when I got there I still had to wait about 10 minutes or so before my food was ready. I just ordered a salad so it wasn’t anything complicated with 45 substitutions. Not sure what that was about.

Another awesome Wahoos joint! They are faster here than other Wahoos’ I’ve been to that’s for sure and worthy of that fifth star. Only thing that could use improvement is the seating… our food came out before we could find an open seat, that’s how busy it is at lunch here. Try to get there early, if the line is out the door, find another place… seating will be limited. That said… their busyness is a testament to their awesome food. I’ve been grubbin on the Banzai Burrito lately… it’s perfect fuel before a monster mountain bike ride in the hills!

I come here all the time and I love this place. I got the 2 enchilada combo with pinto beans… green sauce… white rice. There’s just something about that green sauce that I love. Their service is great and have affordable prices.

First time here and I had Entrée #2 Taco & Enchilada-green sauce, black beans, brown rice and chips & salsa. I have to say I was not to happy. The food had NO flavor, the steak taco looked like it was prepared by a 4 yr old. the brown rice looked yummy but boy was I wrong. The salsa tasted like a bowl full of diced tomatoes in water. Maybe to the locals, this is one great Mexican joint but for this Mexican doll who knows how to eat & knows her good… Sorry, my first n last time coming here.

This is the wahoos that I grew up going to ALL the time. Of course. The 1st ones all us SoCal kids went to was the downtown HB location, but once Wahoos started expanding there was no need to make the trek! Obviously everyone knows the fish tacos are good here, they are not my favorite fish tacos and I rarely order them. I usually get the bowls, they do a really good job with them. The Maui Bowl is one of my favorites, it’s teriyaki marinated steak with choice of beans(black or Cajun pinto) and rice(white or brown). I get the black beans and brown rice in an effort to keep it healthier, plus they’re really good! My all time favorite bowl is to order half Maui bowl and half blackened chicken bowl! The blend of the spicy and sweet and chicken and meat is pretty epic! I really like that they offer beer of the month deals on a different beer each month too! The service is pretty standard wahoos service at this location, which is usually pretty good and friendly. The location is the only negative about this place, it’s out of the way in Savi Ranch causing me to go about half as much as I’d like to! They still are busy, even with the location. MYGO-TODISH: Wahoo’s Bowl half Maui and half blackened chicken with brown rice and black beans! You won’t regret it.
