Denny’s

So dirty! Had hair in my food and water dripping on my food and head from the ceiling. Very bad service. I will never go back!

Went to Denny’s because no other diner was open nearby. The service was great but the food was not good at all. We ordered a simple ham and cheese omelette, the egg and insides of the omelette were obviously cooked separately. Inside the omelette was an unmelted piece of cheese wrapped around chunks of ham. Awful… We complained to see the cook come out with a death stare, and proceed to cook uncooked eggs to replace the omelette. Not a good experience whatsoever

Service was very slow when I ate breakfast. I’m not sure if it was the kitchen, but from the time that I placed my order to the time food arrived was 45 minutes. For teriyaki chicken bowl.

I had only been here once and last time. We had came back from the airport and hadn’t ate in 8 hours and we had gone to another restaurant and we are all pissed off. We were waiting for 10 minutes but had gotten a seat with a nasty waitress. We had sat there for 30 – 45 minutes and a table that had came before us had gotten their drinks, meal, and had paid. We had gotten up and went to talk to the manager. The waitress and the waiter didn’t want to let us go back but had went anyway. The manager was also mean. We had told them we were never coming back and not paying.

Visited on a Friday night after ComicCon. By the wait to be seated, it was readily apparent that they were short staffed. The food on 3 out of 4 dishes was cold. Probably sitting on counter for too long. Only reason mine was still warm was due to the skillet it was served in. Slow service.
I had the black raspberry cake for dessert — cake tasted raw, too yeasty. Forgot the tomatoes which were requested in the grilled cheese. Food taste was average.
I guess I’ll stick to the Denny’s closer to home…

I Love everything about Dennys, it was my first time and I loved it only thing was that they brought the appetizers almost same time as the main orders but other than that the two servers where great, reallly nice and friendly.

The 2 servers in our section were working had trying to keep up, clean tables & ring customers out. Stacy was our server very polite food was OK definitely didn’t look like the pictures. The whole time the manager on duty was walking in circles not helping with clearing tables not checking customers out. I felt bad. Sharon the other server who rang us out was very polite as well. To bad management was a fail.

Food is good. Service not so good. I come here often for the cheap good food but I find myself complaining about how long it takes to get my food etc. nice place to come with friends. You’ll be here a while.

I don’t like giving out poor ratings. I don’t like complaining. But sometimes, there’s a dining experience that transcends «bad» and goes into downright unsanitary.
Normally, I would think it was because I was in a large group of people, who had reserved a portion of the restaurant; but the problems I had were not the type that a large group of customers should cause.
Just to clarify, the waiters and waitresses were not the problem. They did the best they could, especially considering that I was in a group of about 50 – 60 people, all eating in one reserved room.
I’ve been to restaurants that were only modestly cleaned, but in this case, well:
Dirty flatware. Enough said. And when I asked the waiter to replace my dirty flatware, I received more dirty flatware.
But what truly killed it for me, was the dirty bathroom. I felt dirty just standing in it, without even touching anything. But what really took the cake was the un-​flushed toilet with diarrhea leftovers ON THE SEAT (I’m not exaggerating as badly as you may think I am either). That was the only toilet (that I was aware of) in the men’s room.
Their menu looks good, though. But considering that there are plenty of other Denny’s restaurants across the state of Pennsylvania, with this exact same menu, that’s not enough to save it.

This location was somewhat busy when I was there for dinner with my wife. The servers were weeded due to the amount of tables they all had working. Despite being very busy, our server was prompt, patient and helpful.
I ordered a BLT when I was here. It was one of the best BLT’s I’ve ever had. The bacon was cooked just right and there was just the right amount of tomato and lettuce. The fries were good too. I also had a bowl of chicken noodle soup. It was flavorful and filled with lots of noodles and chicken. It was great!

Coffee and service were good but the food was awful we went for breakfast and didn’t even finish our meal. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Always here with my friends (sober) late at night haha. But overall, great place for a meal and sometimes even a good laugh!

It is Denny’s… Let’s just start off saying… It is Denny’s. What did you really expect. I went to York to see a friend this past weekend and for breakfast we went to Denny’s. This is not a great place by any means but I am going to give it three stars and say it is A-​OK! Why? Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. I thought she was right out of a «Mel’s Diner» ~~ Also she let me basically re-​write the menu item I wanted as I am on Weight Watchers. The main food was good (the fruit was not that great and it was apple and grape…)… I have been there before and I am sure I will be there again.
