Excessive wait time for a server. Severs passing by our table multiple times without so much as a hello. I had to stop one of them and ask for something to drink. We were never given any silverware or napkins when our food arrived had to ask for both. Mashed potatoes ice cold had to send plate back. Pork chops were undercooked. Ordered mild chicken bites as appetizer had to send back it was chicken bathed in vinegar. They actually served the chicken bites with a spoon as opposed to a fork? One of the worst chain restaurants experiences I’ve had in a while. I will be avoiding this chain/restaurant like the plague.

I went with family on Sunday evening. The Olive Garden across the street was packed so we came here. I’m glad we did. The only issue I had was that the food was slow to come out of the kitchen. Our server was nice. There were a bunch of TVs in the bar area where we at at a table there. I ordered the Chips and Queso which I thought was a bit expensive for what it was; though it was tasty and the dip was really good. I got an alcoholic lemonade in a big«goblet» and it was really great! I had the«Ribs Mix» and got a Texas Dry Rub rack along with another one that was really good. For desert I had a chocolate cake. Overall it was a great experience I just think the food being slow to come out is a slight problem given that they were not crowded. I did not sample for salad bar. I will be returning and enjoyed my meal a lot.

This visit was the worst experience that I have ever had at a Ruby Tuesdays, possibly anywhere. We went in and there was no wait(maybe that should have been my first clue) got seated right away and had Chanel as our waitress. She was incredibly nice and a wonderful waitress. Two of us got the salad bar and one person got a meal and the salad bar, and finally my niece got a kids meal and the salad bar. We made our trip up to the salad bar and half of the lettuce was brown and some pieces were the wet brown bad kind. My fiancé and grandmother said something to one of the waitresses and she tossed it with the tongs and said very rudely, «it all looks good to me.» She did get the manager and the manager looked at it and said the same thing. From that point on that same waitress and manager glared at us the whole time we were there and made us feel VERY uncomfortable. I would love to give you names but NOONE had a name tag on. The manager came to our table and we had a plate with a whole bunch of bad lettuce on it and she said, «oh just that one piece.» That there tells me the manager doesn’t even know what bad lettuce is. She then went back to the back and got a whole new bucket of lettuce and came to our table, all but stared down my fiancé and told her there was all new lettuce. She went back up and got another salad. Yet again half of the lettuce was bad again. Then to top it all off my niece had cold mashed potatoes and cheeseburgers. The only good part of our meal was the pasta dish that we received. I can’t believe they treated us that way in there all because we wanted good lettuce and not brown stuff. I will state again Chanel was very nice and caring. Can’t comment on guest services comment so I will tell you on here that I already submitted a comment and never heard anything back.

I’ve eaten here at York about 10 times, I prefer to eat at the bar watch TV and have a few beverages with my dinner. The bar is never packed at the hours that go. It has 6 tv’s so something interesting is usually on, sports, news, weather ect. Tonight I had the blackened tilapia, it was a large filet and I had spaghetti squash and the salad bar as sides. What really has made the last few times most enjoyable is the server/bar tender Meghan, she courteous, attentive, and hustles with the orders.

Really disappointed yet again. Used to be one of my favorites but has been on a downward spiral. My shrimp pasta has gotten smaller and smaller in portion side. Things are burnt. My Brussel sprouts were burnt and bitter and the waitress said its because they put then in vinegar but they were white cheddar why would they be in vinegar? My appetizer chicken bites were cooked so hard and half were pieces of breaking now chicken in it at all. Really disgusted and they didn’t seem to care. For a Saturday night at 6 pm no wait and empty tables makes you wonder!!!

Tried it again and still the same service. Waiting over an hour for a cheeseburger and the place had maybe 7 tables and 4 people at the bar. So ridiculous it’s almost hilarious. Oh and still waiting on that cheeseburger !!!

Had a excruciatingly bad experience here earlier this year. Food never came. We just sat with empty drink glasses for an hour while the couple at the next table ordered, received food, and finished. Watched servers clear dirty dishes from tables and stack them on another table in ever higher growing piles of filth. Finally walked out, leaving cash on the table to cover the cost of the two iced teas. Approached on the way out and told we should pay for our food and they’d wrap it to go. Um, no thanks. Sent a letter to corporate headquarters … they never responded. I’ll never go to a Ruby Tuesdays again. It’s a shame … when I worked there years ago, it was a tight ship. The ship has sunk.

Like what everyone else is saying on here, this place is terrible. Foods cold and the atmosphere is dated. Ruby Tuesday is one of my favorite places but this one is a dump. The one back in Annapolis you had to get on a waiting list to get seated this one can’t keep people in it during a Friday evening at 5 when every one else has a waiting list. Enter at your own risk. I’m fair at giving places second chances but doesn’t look like anything changes every time I drive by.

Yup, gotta go with the crowd on this one… pretty bad. 4:30 on Memorial day Saturday… dead. I was the 6th table filled. The beer selection is pathetic in this day of micros. The best and only IPA they offered was Dogfish head, everything was a macro abomination. I went with the triple prime burger which is consistently tasty, despite the grease. The server confirmed, just the triple, no cheese or bacon, yet it was delivered with cheddar. I ate it, and confirmed why I don’t get cheese, the strong flavor muddles the beef flavor. Lastly, the garden bar was a train wreck. It looked like a monkey with cutlery chopped the veggies. Chucks of pepper mixed with diced and slices, same with the onion. The coup de grace was the tomatoes chunks, they didn’t even bother to cut out the cores. On an up note, the service was fast(cheese issue aside) and the food quality was on par, despite the other issues. The cupcakes for dessert were yummy, nothing special, but they ARE cupcakes. This location has been dying a slow death for years and rock bottom isn’t far off.

Whether it makes sense or not, I just have to try every Ruby Tuesday location. Since it’s a chain, they should all be identical but I don’t think that’s always the case. This one was a bit subpar in the following areas: 1. The garlic cheese biscuits were very strange. At other Ruby Tuesday restaurants, these are crisp but at this one, the biscuits came soaked in buttery liquid. I guess I shouldn’t complain since these are complimentary. 2. Salad bar didn’t seem as fresh. Noticed that the peas were stuck to the plate and carrots were a bit dried out. 3. The check was screwed up. They blamed it on a system malfunction, which is understandable, but they didn’t take a minute or two to calculate the correct amount so I(the guest! Hello?) wouldn’t have to do that.

Raw Salmon, not sushi ;( We should have read the comments on here before we came out. A total washout & disappointment. Come out here with my dad to celebrate a new job. We were in the mood for some seafood & steak. I ordered the Hickory Salmon() & Broccoli w/parmesan cheese. My Dad order the Blackened New York Strip A food runner brought our food out. She quickly left. (Typically, a food runner would make sure our food cooked to perfection…) I should of have know something was array when my broccoli did not have the parmesan cheese that I have requested. When I cut into my Salmon, I noticed the flesh of the fish was still raw. Seriously? When my Dad cut into his New York Strip. It was raw as well. I understand that this is a chain-restaurant, but still highly disappointed. Our Server William B. aka Billy Wasn’t overly friendly, but he did his best to take care of us. I asked him to speak to a manager. He acted swiftly. We tipped him well. We understand that the kitchen and management has no reflection on his performance. When I was speaking manager *Taylor What a joke that was. I felt like I was being talked condescendingly. Let me preface this statement. I informed her of the situation. She was quick to respond with a free dessert. What does it look like? My birthday? Highly doubtful I will ever come back here.

what a disappointment! I should have gotten a clue when I saw how empty the parking lot was for a Friday evening. I used to LOVE this chain when I lived in Maryland. I got an appetizer as my meal and the salad bar. The salad bar was picked over with very few options, not to mention it didn’t look clean. My appetizer came out burnt and not appealing at all. I complained but they didn’t care. The service was super slow and the server didn’t seem to know the menu at all. I won’t be coming back.

We were on our way back from a day trip and needed a place to eat dinner that was kid-friendly. We figured that Ruby Tuesday would fit the bill. We were surprised how empty it was on a Saturday night — there were only three other tables filled in the restaurant — but we figured it’d be good to get in and out since the kids were hungry and it was approaching bed time. We were seated right away, and the server greeted us not too long thereafter. We ordered drinks, which came fairy quickly. We then ordered an appetizer and the kids’ food, asking that the kids’ food be served as soon as it was ready. Our server checked on us after the app was delivered(about 15 – 20 minutes after ordering it), and we showed her that our son’s cup had a hole in it. It had leaked all over the table. She didn’t bother to take the cup(which continued to leak all over), and she did not bring him a new drink until about 15 minutes later. The kids’ food ended up coming out AFTER our meals. My order was completely wrong. When I brought it to the server’s attention, she blamed me for not ordering what I actually wanted. My husband and kids confirmed that I had ordered a different meal than what she put in. She blamed the kitchen for the kids’ food coming out so late and said that she had told the kitchen to prepare the kids’ food to come out with the apps; their food was cold, so I am guessing that it was prepared on time, but she neglected to pick it up and serve it. Our drinks were never refilled. And despite the long waits and completely wrong order, nothing was deducted from our bill. This experience was so bad that I don’t know that I will ever return to another Ruby Tuesday.

Upon first entering, it was odd that there were no cars in the parking lot because it was a Friday night. When we went in, we stood at the hostess table for a while and realized why no one was there as we were not greeted for a while. We decided to give it a try still, but were immediately disappointed again as our drink order was taken a long time afterword and then actually came very long after that. We also had no napkins or silverware given to us even after we asked. The napkins didn’t come until after the appetizer and they finally came. By that time, I had grabbed some paper towels out of the bathroom as we had ordered hot wings with the appetizer and had sauce on our hands. The waitress we had, besides the napkin fiasco, was very friendly and did a decent job with drink refills. The food was ok except for the burger being a little under cooked. Overall, there is no reason to go to this restaurant and we will not be returning. I highly recommend not going to this restaurant and going to any other place nearby, especially the diner across the street.

When I lived in York, my friends and I ate at this Ruby Tuesday frequently, and the service and food were both pretty good. When I was back in York on vacation recently, a friend and I went to Ruby Tuesday for dinner, expecting to receive the same level of service that we were used to receiving. It was very disappointing that the service we received was lacking. Our waitress took our order, and then basically disappeared. My friend’s order came out, and the server who dropped it off said that he would grab my order and come right back. 10 minutes later, I still didn’t have my food. It took another 3 – 5 minutes to find another member of the staff to inquire about when my food would be out. Once my food arrived, the service continued to be sub-par. Our drinks didn’t get refilled, it took an extremely long time to get our check once we asked, and even longer to get my credit card back after paying. I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Service would have been good but when I asked our server for the other part of my son’s order, he/she said he/she is looking into it. After 10 minutes he/she said it was still in the oven??? My wife and I were done eating and my son still did not get the feast of his meal. No effort at all from their server and they were not even busy(late lunch). This the last time I will ever go to to this establishment.
