Was of the better Chick Fil A stores I’ve been to except on a couple occasions they seemed to short you on your potato waffle fries. Seems like a dumb way to cut costs(customers). The last time was pretty bad, however: ordered a larger fry but got what seemed to be less than a regular order(well short of the carton’s edge, with a big void in the middle: very light serving). On bringing it to the staff and manager’s attention, they seemed perplexed(as if guided to by a policy to skimp on fries), so I demanded and got a refund. I logged a complaint in early March, but no call. Followed up in May(corporate again), and still nothing. 15 weeks later, gave them another call, and we’ll see what happens. Hopefully they realize that there’s nothing short in the dollars we might spend there, and that their product shouldn’t be repeatedly short.

Good food, but customers in this area are always in a rush and rude. Goto another location for a better dining experience.

Consistently excellent food and service. Very busy at times but they are very organized and efficient. Great choice for fast food or take out.

I love their food! I’m totally obsessed with the Chickfila and Polynesian sauces. Lines can be long at peak hours but other than that it’s a great place to eat.

This chickfila is great. Hardly any wait time and the store is clean. Food is awesome. And this is the least expensive compared to others chickfila stores nearby because of the lower food tax.

It’s been years since I’ve had Chick-fil-A and I needed my fix. This place did not disappoint at all. They’re always on their«A Game». I suggest getting the chicken biscuit for breakfast. So damn good… basically anything they have is great!

While not the place you’d pick to cater your gay wedding reception, for lunch it’s always a pleasure. Hard to blame the individual store owners for their company ceo’s archaic religious intolerance anyway! These guys work hard to ensure the most pleasant and tasty fast food experience. The sandwiches are great and the service is tremendous. Huge hit with the wasp crowd and the kiddos. Make a stop!

Chick fil a is by far the best fast food on the planet! The service is always exceptional. I don’t know how they find the friendliest people to hire but I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience. They are almost always busy which means they’re popular. Service is always fast regardless. The restaurant is very clean. I especially love the fresh flowers on every table.

One of the best CfA’s I’ve visited. Food is fresh, service is fast, and servers are all friendly. Restrooms are so clean that you could eat off the floor(although I wouldn’t recommend it. Glass-enclosed Children’s play area with hand sanitizer dispenser at the entrance/exit was a nice touch. Two-lane drive-thru(!) and free drink refills for anyone dining in. Wish all CfA’s could be like this one!

They sure know how to handle a crowd. But sometimes they are too rushed and miss my order. 3 times in a row we called because our order was messed up. The drive thru is hectic but with the new 2 lane set up. …it’s great. Always friendly… just rushed like a cattle call.

I don’t know how they do it?! When I visited they were beyond busy. People everywhere. Yet they were so very nice and we had a tray of food in a matter of minutes. Luckily found an open seat too. I don’t know why I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Doesn’t hold a candle to Wendy’s. I have never really been impressed with Chick-fil-A’s food. I guess my subconscious sees how popular it is and I just follow the herd. Now a banana pudding milkshake. This is your place.

Best fast food chicken sandwich hands down. Waffle fries are very tasty and the milk shakes rule the roost.

(10/05/2013) Politics aside, Chick-Fil-A makes a damn fine chicken sandwich, get the Original(although the Spicy is pretty good, too). Breaded and pressure deep-fried until dark and crunchy GBD; thick and moist real breast meat, tangy marinade(maybe pickle juice?); two tart pickles; no condiments, on a soft, buttery bun. Perfection. Grilled 4-piece chicken nuggets from the kids menu was perfect snack on the road for the puppy. Long lines on a Saturday morning at this stop, but handled well.

This is by far one of the best Chick-fil-A restaurants I have ever been too. I was there yesterday evening during the busy time with a friend and ordered the No. 4 Spicy Chicken sandwiches and before the transaction was even completed; the server had our orders ready. We seated ourselves and were amazed to see the cleanliness of the restaurant and the layout of condiments, napkins etc. neatly arranged. The sandwich was just perfect with the freshest veggies(fresh whole leaf lettuce, tomatoes, pickle), cheese and the chicken cooked and spiced to light up my tastebuds.(Suggest trying it with Chick-fil-A sauce) Another thing that amazed me about the location is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff who said ‘It’s a pleasure serving you’ after handing us our order. The drive-thru was really busy but was well-managed, clean and efficient. The restrooms were clean and well-equipped too which is truly a hallmark of a good restaurant or a business. This is exactly how franchisee food chains ought to be. I am sure there’s a lot more than a lesson or two that Chick-fil-A can teach to places such as Subway, McDonald’s and other franchised or independent joints whose whole aim is to make money without even providing decent food, basic service or even bare minimal hygiene and sanitation. I highly recommend this place to people visiting the Oyster Point, Kiln Creek shopping district on Victory Blvd. in Newport News/York County. Simply Love it.

Who would have thought inequality would taste so delicious? This location is one of the nicer ones in the area, and are almost always busy with a drive through line wrapping around the building. The good news is their service is fast and it doesn’t feel like you are waiting forever for your turn. The workers are friendly, hopefully they’re all treated fair and equal at this location.

Honestly — this is a reprint of a previous review of a CFA that I had made earlier. My POV is about corporate, and about how you are treated in their establishments. 2 different locations. But the food was great at both places. When is the last time you could say that about a McDonald’s or Burger King? — Chick-Fil-A took the old McDonald’s idea and ran with it, and left them in the dust. A place where you can get food that is pretty much the same no matter which storefront that you visit. And in this endeavor, they have succeeded exceptionally well. And, taking that business model, that McDonald’s started and now have left them in the dust. Where as at most other chains, I feel like I get food that is who knows how old, and is served by an understaffed, and uncaring store staff, at CFA, I feel quite the opposite. It is a rare occasion for me to walk into one of these units and not find enough counter help. And it is a rare occasion, and frankly I cannot recall a single this this happened here, where I have ever gotten a bad meal. I cannot remember the last time I got a even close to decent meal at a burger chain(5 Guys excluded). Maybe it is the mindset of the Cathy family. Maybe they just care about your experience at their restaurant, where as who ever owns the burger places seem now to only be concerned about how they can re-name ‘pink slime’ so that they can slip it into the burgers they sell, and make them as cheaply as possible. The store was clean. The staff attentive, and dressed in clean uniforms. The burger chains taught CFA how to operate, it seems, and then have promptly tossed away their own teachings on the altar of making things as cheaply as possible. If it comes down to CFA or McDonald’s, the Arches guys McLose. Recommended @Removeyourhat

Same ol AWESOME chicken, busy as a packed can of sardines. The one 5 min away is much less crowded… but I did find a fingernail in the cole slaw at that location once… Bleh…
