Good food plus breakfast all day now. My cheeseburger was indifferently slapped together and thrown on tray. Even the wrapper was askew! Excellent strawberry-bananna made up for it. Good job! Some bald headed soccer coach-type came in obviously sick and was coughing all over everyone. I sat away from him. Asshole! Didn’t even cover mouth. I should have taken picture of him coughing on this poor fellow to post on Unilocal

This is the dirtiest McDonalds that I’ve ever seen! The health department needs to be notified of the unsanitary conditions.

This has to be the dirtiest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. EVERY table in the place was dirty; tops, sides everything. The drink station is trashy and liquids ate spilled. I told the manager who sent someone out. Nobody came to clean the lobby the whole time that we and one other family were here. The high chairs and trays were even filthy. Sadly, I did not want my grandson to play in the awesome play place. Yuck. All this after it took forever to get our lukewarm food. Friendly service, bad environment.

Two visits to this drive thru, two equally disappointing visits. Today I stopped for a grease fix — the failure to serve has solidified my opposition to any fast food worker demands for $ 15/hr. Much to Corporate McDonald’s credit they have automated the crap out of their business — the humans need to keep the joint clean, pay attention to the orders and handle the money. I placed my order for a «Medium #3 with a Coke» and pulled around to pay. After waiting for several minutes the pimply young man opened the window and explained«Sorry, I got confused there were two white cars in the line.»(Side note young man — White is the most popular vehicle color in the US…) It looked like the manager was doing something with the register to undo young Captain America’s errors while two cars were parked in front of me awaiting food and more cars were lining up behind. After sitting there for at least five more minutes at a closed window I decided to do my health a favor and just leave. The point of McDonalds is to serve reliable timely food in sanitary conditions. As the staff can’t keep the drive thru experience together during the lunchtime rush, I do not anticipate I will return here again. I understand McDonald’s is not the most glamorous of careers(neither is mine), but there’s a lot to be said for showing up to work with your A game, period.

It’s mcdonalds, you know what the deal is, but the service at this location is maybe the worst ive seen, they forget something every morning i’ve gone there almost. and they are SLOW. i’ve waited for 15 minutes AFTER i gave them my money, and i was the only one in line! then the workers didnt even say a word. no good morning, no explanation on why the wait was so long, nothing!

The worst McDonald’s ever. I ordered a 4 piece nugget and a large fry I get home and there is tartar sauce in the chicken nugget box and no nuggets! I drive all the way back, go inside to complain and they gave me new nuggets and fries but no one said sorry. Everyone was very rude to me. Will not be going back to this McDonald’s

Before the remodel, this Mcdonald’s was the one I chose to go to as the Mcdonald’s in Saline is horrible. After the remodel though, the staff have gotten lazy, rude and slow. Even the asian Manager, who at the old store was always upbeat and excellent with customers, is now one of the rudest staff members there. No eye contact when taking orders, huffing and puffing about having to wait on customers, and no hi, thank you, kiss my a**…nothing. Too bad, because a while ago I could have given this Mcdonald’s five stars because of that one woman alone!

Ummm, it’s a Mcdonalds so you know all about the food. Nothing new and different on the culinary front. What is new about this location is the building. I don’t understand the business case, but this location has a new building standing on the same ground on which an older McD once stood. This has happened to a handful of McD locations in my area over the past few years, and I thoroughly don’t get it. Seems awefully wasteful and environmentally unfriendly to me to tear down a seemingly-fine restaurant and build a new one in the same spot. So what’s the new building like? Well, it’s grey and light grey and dark grey. If you enjoy that sort of modernish slate pallet you’ll feel right at home here. For such a largeish building there don’t seem to be all that many tables. There seem to be more tall bar bench seats than tables, which doesn’t help much is you have 2 small kids with you. There are a few TVs on the walls and a few of the booths have small game screens(ours didn’t so I’m not exactly sure what they can do). They have added a play area for the rugrats. Oh joy. Since the facility is so new the play structure is relatively clean. And they seem to have given some thought to sound abatement in this play area — its not deafeningly loud with screaming kids like many of them are. The kids are still squealing but my earsdrums aren’t in as much pain as in other play places. Like the main restaurant, there are puzzlingly few tables in the play area. The two booths and one long table were both in high demand from other families during this busy lunch. We had to borrow a few seats from the end of the large table from another party. The kids enjoyed rambling though the play structure, and that permitted me plenty of time to draft this review on my phone with the help of McD’s free wifi. 3 stars cus the food is predictable, the facility is new and clean, and the play area is quieter than others. Could have been more stars if there were more seating and a less austere color pallet.

I apologize for the very critical review I posted for this McDonald’s. I intended that review for the Ecorse Rd unit. I now realize that Michigan Ave refers to the McDonald’s on the other side of Ypsilanti. I would rate the Michigan Ave McDonalds average service for a McDonald’s and not the nightmare that is the Ecorse McDonald’s drive through window«service»
