Do not buy pizza from the chicks if the owner is there she will skimp on the toppings save your money and buy somewhere else

I have never tried their pizza, but I just drove by their delivery Jeep, and both the driver and passenger were smoking. I have to say that I’d be pretty disgusted to get a pizza delivered to me that had been in a car full of cigarette smoke, so I’ll never be trying this pizza. Gross.

My husband is an Italian pizza guru and has yet to find a pizza in Ypsilanti that he likes. Tonight we decided to try Ypsi Chicks. The sauce is perfect and the toppings fresh and delicious. The crust was actually burnt and hard so that was a huge down fall. For delivery, a large four topping pizza and a cheese bread it was $ 22.00. We’ve definitely paid steeper prices. The girl on the phone was a little dull and monotoned, as was the delivery driver. On the plus side it took them only 20 minutes to deliver. Over all I thought it was a good experience. Whether I’ll get the hubs to order again is still a question. His overall response was a shrug and an «Eh, it was okay.»

I called one night being lazy I wanted a delivery and I didnt know what I wanted so I called ypsi chicks… First mistake. When I was talking to I asked the guy what he likes he didnt know and asked what he recommended he didnt know that either so he named off the pizzas on the menu after I asked so so my pizza was going to run 15 $ I was excited and then we forgot bread sticks they told us it was a dollar then when they arrived it was 20 dollars I told the delivery dude to leave I called the manager and talked to him he said he was busy and he would call back and never did needless to say I went to my regular place and was happy but these people haven’t run a pizza place before and still can’t that’s my opinion from a former pizza owner would not recommend this place buyer beware…

just tried this for the first time the other night and i have to repeat something from another review. WOW. i think this is my new go-to pizza place in Ypsilanti. amazing sauce and crust. the sauce is sweet and spicy, and they are very generous with the toppings — i would’ve thought i ordered double-pepperoni. ordered a large pep and sausage. when i picked up the pizza i got a great surprise: they have an ongoing pickup special — a large two-topping for $ 5.99. seriously?!? at that price i was expecting a terrible, cheap-tasting pizza, but that was the next surprise: it’s my favorite i’ve tried in Ypsi so far, hands-down. if you’re abusing yourself and your family with $ 5 hot-and-ready pizzas from Little Ceasar’s, wake up, go to Ypsi Chicks, and get some cheap pizza that’s actually worth your money(and more!).

ordered pizza with no sauce, bacon and sesame crust. They repeat everything back and it sounds fine. I get Pizza with PINEAPPLE on it. They couldn’t have put a worse topping on. When i called back the response i got was«We are really busy right now» and was offered a free pizza(which is just the pizza that i ordered since i did not and will not eat the one they sent.) A good business owner would have had MY pizza out the door in the next car. When I called the next day to have my pizza delivered, the manager(who specifically said to ask for him) was not available. The pizza is so-so and good for the price but they need to figure out their staffing issues. If the person on the phone sounds high, there is a good possibility your order will not be right because he /she probably is.

Really great pizza at a fantastic price. And it is a local business and not a chain. Will definitely be back on «pizza nights».

When you have a large family like I do, you eat lots of inexpensive pizza. Most of the chains in the area are bland, inconsistent, or just plain bad. That’s why I’m continually searching for that perfect pizza establishment where I can feed a family of 8 for $ 20. Now I’ve found Ypsi Chicks Pizza and I have to say that I’m pleasantly surprised. I’ve ordered carryout 4 times now and have found the quality to be consistent in every order. Ypsi Chicks uses a tomato sauce that is slightly on the sweet side which seems to be a perfect complement to all of the other toppings on the pizza. Each of the pizzas that I’ve ordered have come loaded with nice stringy cheese and loads of meat and veggie toppings. Add a nice flavored crust and you make a great meal for kids and adults alike. Ypsi Chicks is always quick to give you lots of walk-in discounts which make this a very affordable meal. They are now my «go-to» pizza place. I know I can trust their quality and taste no matter what I order.

Newly opened«to go» or ‘delivered to your door’, pizzeria. The menu is limited to pizza, hoagies, wings, breadsticks and cheese bread. We ordered the meat lovers deep dish. The pizza comes as a round deep dish, not square. It seemed more like a hand tossed than a deep dish to me. The sauce was a bit on the sweet side. They did load the pizza down with meat items. So it comes down to: would I return? Probably, as I like supporting locally owned/operated family businesses.
