Bed Bath & Beyond

I had another great experience with this store. I had a problem with a rebate, they didn’t hesitate to make it right. I love this store. The people that work there are helpful, knowledgeable and give great customer service. Thanks!

One stop shopping. I’m a huge fan of that. My first stop is their damaged, discontinued items in the back of the store. I have found some wonderful things on that shelf. 12 china soup bowls with silver rims to go with my china, sheets, pillow cases, wine glasses, etc.
the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Always love the dinner ware and bedding items they have at Bed Bath &Beyond. I also love that you can buy at one store and pick up else where. My issue is not with BBB, my issue this past week was with the customer service rep who stalked us around the store.
I was shopping for a wedding shower and immediately upon entry was bombarded with a sales woman. She was WAY too in my face, trying to upsell me at every corner. I simply wanted to browse and do a little shopping for myself while I was there too. But instead I was continuously badgered by her suggestions and anecdotes. I tried to politely excuse myself more than once, but this girl just did not get the hint.
I will probably spend more time shopping next door in the future, at Pier one, or find another BBB to shop at.
Overall, not an enjoyable shopping experience.

They have a tornado shelter? Odd.
Anywho… this place is great for all the little things you need. From jar openers, to towels and bedding, to pajama jeans. They have EVERYTHING!

This store seems to have everything you could need for Knick-​knacks and doo-​hickeys. That’s what I come here for anyways. They have an «As seen on TV» section that always entertains me to check out. The main thing I come here for is wedding registrys. They always mail out coupons for 20% off, so I always feel like I’m getting whatever it is on sale. This store isn’t too busy either and the people are happy to help you with anything
