Came here on a Saturday at 2PM and there was one other person in here besides myself. The three twenty something workers were at the front checkstands chatting it up so loudly I could here them from way near the back of the store. I guess they get their business mainly Monday-Friday. Their prices on technology products are higher than the other office store, Staples, but some of the office supplies are slighty cheaper.

First time ordering online for a product to be picked up at this Office Depot. I came here at around 8:30PM to pick up my items and all I needed was my order number and the credit card I used and that was it. In and out of OD in a matter of seconds.

I couldn’t believe the Office Depot advert in the Sunday paper this morning! a Compaq Presario 15.8″ laptop for $ 299. I snuck out of visiting G-ma house during nap time to OD to cruise the Laptop section. As I was checking out the $ 299 lap top I was approach by Brandon, the sales associate to see if I needed any assistance. Being the dumb Blondie that I am, I asked about the laptop he explained everything to me in lay mans verbage, I really appreciated that he didn’t try to up sell me to a higher price model or pressure me into buying anything. Maybe that’s the OD new selling approach? I told him the new lap top would be for my toddler to use for DVDs and watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on . becasue I didn’t want her to ruin my new Toshiba Satellite. I then asked him how it compared to my Toshiba and I was shocked to find out the lower end Toshiba was on sale for $ 349. WOW! Great prices and equally great Service from Brandon!
