For a phone company, this place never answers the phone. When they do they transfer me to someone else who will call me back and never does. I’m blown away by how terrible there customer service is

Poor customer service. New iPhone 6 was preordered here and told it would be in on October 31 or before. Went in on evening of 31st and first person couldn’t find my phone but indicated the other employee might be more helpful. I waited until he was available and he explained the phone wasn’t in yet. No problem He did say it was due in before Monday and I should check back over weekend. I was out of town but when I got home and unpacked on Monday I called to make sure my phone was there. I was put on hold and after 12 minutes I decided I would rather drive across town than call and be put on hold again. I get there and was told it hadnt come in yet. Now if they had told me that on the phone I would have stayed home and still been pissed at Verizon for not delivering my phone but now I’m pissed at Verizon and this particular store for not providing any customer servixce over the phone. Why even have a phone if your staff is too ignorant or lazy to properly use it to provide customer service? Waste of time and gas because the staff sucks.
