Del Taco

I always get the burritos there, and the staff is very helpful. I haven’t signed up for the email yet. I’ll do that soon. And i always order off the buck and under menu, if. I’m low on funds.

Me and my husband went in the other day and my husband simple asked if a manager was there the cashier then told him no that they had just left. So he proceeded to try to point out that the cell phone that was on the food prep table wasn’t Very sanitary. And the two ladies playing with the phone was not either that went on to make our food. One of them washed their hands the other I did not see wash their hands. And the cashier had went back grabbed the phone and gave it to one of ladies that was looking at the phone. Then I watched them make our food and at that point of sitting down the lady the one had belonged two came out and stated she was the owner and that she needed to have her phone on her in case one of the other stores needed her. My husband tried to explain his point on how it’s not sanitary and it should be in the office (which the office is open up to the kitchen and she should be able to her it if on loud) she kept cutting him off and was very rude. Needless to say we will never go back there far the way the owner acted very unprofessional. I’m not one to write a negative review on anyone I normally leave it alone but she was beyond rude and unprofessional!

It was the worst experience ever. They mess up om your order and then do nothing about it. Made me wait for 5 to 7 mins and said they could do nothing. Then the dude upfront whose name I dont want to say said Im sorry in a girly voice and looked at me like im just dumb. James was no help whatsoever

My first visit at this location went GREAT! I had previously signed up for their email club and doing so you automatically get a coupon for 2 Free Chicken tacos!
I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order, but considering that a taco place has french fries, burgers, and a variety tacos, burritos, everything sounded good!!! Since it was lunch rush, it was busy both inside and Drive thru … I decided on my 2 Free Chicken tacos, a small fry which they gave me a lot, and the single patty Del cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was so good, I really liked it. Fries were great, I love potatoes always! I only ate one taco, which tasted awesome! The chicken was grilled, nice lettuce, shredded fine cheese, sour cream on flour tortilla. I tried all the sauces, yes the hot one is HOT! Medium had a nice kick and the Mild, really mild flavor. At least I could distinguish between each sauce, whereas at Taco Bell all their sauces taste the same to me lol.
The lady that took my order was very friendly, mature, nice clean appearance, and great customer service! I had no issues ordering and she took my coupon :) The guy that gave me my food was nice too! Everyone working seemed to be gliding through the lunch rush easily. The dining area was almost full, but I noticed it did look clean and every table had a basket of sauces. I mean a FULL basket, so that is very convenient. Location is in the Walmart shopping area very close to McDonald’s.

I’m giving a 5 star review for the Double Del Cheeseburger. Omg! It’s the best fast food cheeseburger out there. Don’t waste your time going to McDonald’s for a crappy Big Mac. Just across the parking lot is a taco place that makes a perfect hamburger. Just try it!

Tonight I ate here and everything was just awesome! The food was great and it was much cheaper than taco bell! Their employees were very kind, helpful and quick! Their restaurant was very clean and organized and everything was ready very fast! !

Worst Del Taco I’ve ever been to. I’m obviously not looking for high quality food when I go here but jeez it would be nice to at least have fresh taco shells not stale ones. It would also would have been nice not to have to wait 20 mins for 4 tacos and 2 beef burritos. Always super slow service. Annoys me because every other Del Taco I’ve been to has been great!

So I go to Del Taco, ordered takeout. I asked for extra hot sauce and I’m told and I quote, «I’m only allowed to give out 1 per item, sorry buddy». He actually gave me 5 for three items but I usually like 3 per item. I have NEVER been refused to get extra hot sauce EVER at Del Taco until now. If you go inside you can use as much as you want so what the hell? Del Taco is NOW off my go to list. Avoid this place like the plague.
I mean really? You want to lose a long time customer for 4 packets of hot sauce? Morons!
I posted to their Facebook page my experience and was asked for my contact information. I was suppose to get a call from the manager. Never got a call. I’ve never been back nor plan to.
WARNING: In the summer time, the bees are attracted to the flowered landscaping in the drive through. What idiot thought that would be a good idea. Nothing ruins a drive through experience like have a few bees fly in through your rolled down window.
1÷29÷2015 — Update. Same crap as before. My wife went through the drive through and they only would give her 2 hot sauce and it was the mild sauce although she asked for Hot. I ended up throwing my tacos away.

An upgraded McDonald’s and Taco Bell combined! Prices are slightly higher than the other two fast food places, but the taste and quality are way better! Services is a bit slower, but they do not have outrageous waits! This place has become my fav. Fast food fix.

Fast Mexican food drive thru with dining room. Started in Barstow years ago. They have variety and American grill if you crave a cheeseburger. They now serve breakfast. holiday weekend and the staff is still cheerful. Burrito came out hot. Dining room was neat and clean. I’m a fan.

Holla!!! Chicken soft tocos or regular hard tacos all day every day. And the price, literally unbelievable, can’t beat it.

I very much like Del Taco for breakfast I enjoy a bacon egg and cheese muffin sandwich with a cup of coffee. There is a guy there behind the counter named Robert! He is such a friendly guy! Also Lisa is a sweetheart.

If you want a good, cheap burrito. Go to Del Taco. The red burritos are great and I’m a huge fan of their fries.
However, if you go through the drive thru — be forewarned. Out of all the fast food places in Yuba-​Sutter, this one has been consistently slow, every single time. Even if they’re not busy.
Also, their customer service leaves alot to be desired. In fact, the last time I went in there — I sat at the counter waiting to order, and after about 3 minutes — I hadn’t even been acknowledged. So, before they even cared to tell me they were busy or they would «be right there,» I left. As a paying customer, I deserved better. Especially, because I was in a rush in the first place.
So, I guess if you want a good fast food burrito and fries — Del Taco works well for you. However, don’t be in a rush when you go. You might wait a while.
If it weren’t for my last experience, I would’ve given it 3 stars.

Love this place. Robert is simply the best. Night crew could use some work, but you cant win them all. P. S. Try the chili fries.

I don’t appreciate being told to park in the parking lot after ordering from the drive-​thru just to keep your drive-​thru times down! If you want better drive-​thru times then get your shit together & move faster! Sorry but that is a HUGE peeve of mine!
Other than that, the food is good, c’mon it’s fast food for goodness sake! Tho I do appreciate they cook fried things to order.
