Facility is always clean. Staff friendly. Food good. On this last visit one employee really stood out, Megan was extremely welcoming with a huge smile on her face. Really promoted Costa Vida food and knew about the menu. Throughout the entire ordering process Megan went above and beyond with great customer service, good job Costa Vida in hiring this gem

Excellent food… never disappointing. Workers are always courteous and helpful. A daily special is a gr8 lunch! Place is noisy as can be. Although chairs are a comfortable wood design, there are no pads so there’s a heavy dragging noise when someone sits or stands; not as bad as metal chairs though. Cheap speakers make the background music annoying rather than entertaining, so I ignore it. Outside seating is pleasant & out of the way. Eat there all the time.

Just had a great experience at this location after having a horrible experience at the one in Roseville. Seth and Levi were awesome with getting are food just the way we wanted and the were quick to boot. I really enjoy there food and the service here makes it even better. The whole crew was great and will definitely be back soon.

Great food, best around. Nice staff, quick service. I like ordering and sitting down with my food not waiting. The ice is nice(I know, that’s strange but it’s the little things that make a difference). Get the queso dip it’s THE best!

I food is okay nothing to special. Staff is nice and friendly. The only problem I have is they started charging for everything that should be free for a veggie dish. For instance before I never paid extra for mango salad, sour cream, and guacamole. I don’t mind paying extra for all that, but please try to make it a reasonable price. And for you of you meat lovers. I am not sure if my batch was old or whatever it was. My was very chicken dry like its been sitting out for a while and they just microwaved it and severed it. Their flavors are good no doubt about that, but their meats not so much. Overall I would probably go back one more time and if I get another bad experience then I would most certainly will not be going back. Try it for yourself and hopefully your experience is better then mine. I am giving them three stars because the staff was nice and the flavors are okay. This place 50% recommended. Wouldn’t be my first choice to recommend but I still would recommend this place to people.

It wasnt anything that had to do with the quality. I was just so dissatisfied with the whole thing. I got a burrito, and it fell apart before I could even get my hands around it. I ended up taking a few bites and going to mcdonalds… Chipotle ftw.

I had amazing service! They didn’t have sweet pork available so I made a different burrito, just to find out that they just made fresh sweet pork. Made my whole night!!! Good service and they went the extra mile to make me, as a costumer, feel welcomed and appreciated!

This place is going down hill fast. The entire restaurant is dirty. The service is lacking and it smells like the restroom. We used to love coming here, now I don’t think we will be back. It’s expensive and a let down. I’m not sure what the owners are thinking, I guess they don’t care!

Amazing Food! My favorite place to eat when I drive all the way across town Since I live in Linda. I like to take advantage of eating Costa Vida even when I’m not hungry I still take advantage and make my trip across town worth it. I recommend their burritos and specially Their tres leches cakes. You can never ever go wrong with their tres leches cake, definitely hits the spot.

I love coming to Costa Vida!!! My all time FAVORITE thing here is the Mango salsa. Sometimes I crave it and that is my main reason for returning. This is the only location I have ever been to. I really like the food, their burritos and nachos are bomb. I have tried the Raspberry chicken salad and the tacos, they are OK. What is appealing to me is they have fresh tortillas, both white and wheat. You can choose black beans, pinto beans, or refried beans, all of them are very good. I prefer the Shredded beef, but I think their Sweet Pork is most popular meat. It is similar to the setup of Chipotle, you can pick all your toppings while they make your food… but one thing they do is put your food through the oven and you also have a choice to get your burrito smothered. I tried the Chili Verde smothered and it was sooooo good! I can never eat a whole burrito, it’s always two meals for me and great value. They have some of the best Nachos here too! I came in tonight for a quick dinner. I ordered the Shredded beef burrito with Mango salsa and sour cream. Since it was Sunday, I was given a free drink! They have daily specials every single day. The guy that made my food was very friendly and did a great job. The girl that I paid with at the register, she helped me with my Costa Vida app, as I have just gotten a new iPhone and still adjusting to it. Awesome customer service tonight and I saved $ 4 :) For drinks they have cups of water which is what I normally get to drink. Jarritos glass bottles and a Fountain soda machine. The BEST thing about their soda machine is the crushed ice!!! I can only find crushed ice at Costa Vida, AmPm, Sonic, and Ice Burgie. I loooove crushed ice. One thing I should mention, is the food to me is not very spicy Hot compared to other Mexican places, it is more on the SWEET side. They do have fresh slices of jalapenos, in case you need a kick! Also, the place is always clean and in good condition when I come in. Customer service has been friendly and helpful over the years. I consider myself a regular customer, will be back …

First off… I think they must have some plumbing issues because it smells like backed up plumbing when you first walk in. Pros: the food seemed fresh, all of the employees seemed to be working hard cleaning, they have great ice. Cons: poor customer service, they seemed to be lightly arguing over who was going to help us, finally the girl(Mackenzie) totally rushed us even though we were the only ones in line, didn’t listen, I asked for a little bit of sauce and she poured on an entire ladle, extremely high prices! I asked for peppers in my burrito and she said it was a $ 2 add charge! 2 bucks! For some peppers! I ended up saying no & it’s a good thing because my total for 2 burritos, 2 medium drinks, & chips & salsa was $ 25 and change! We could have had a nice sit down dinner for that price. Sorry not worth it.

Pretty good fast Mexican style lunch place. I dont believe the food to be as authentic Mexican, but who cares? We’re not part of Mexico any longer. This is a ‘buffeteria’ type restaurant. Not very common in California. I think the prices are a little high for this type of place and they charge extra for every little thing, so your plate can get pretty expensive if you keep saying«yes please!» or «more please!». My lunch alone was almost $ 15 because of the extras and soda. However, the food quality seemed above average.

The food is ehh good. Definitely not Mexican this is Americanized but good. What kills me here is the customer service. They have a girl there I asked for sauce and she was not even doing my order but she jumped in to «educate» me on the difference between sauce and salsa. Honestly dude just give me hot sauce. When you want your food the last thing you want is a snobby attitude. Bad customer service.

This place has gone down hill. The prices went up, the customer service sucks and the amount of food you get for the money is ridiculously small. Not to mention that they charge you .50 cents for sour cream. But they fail to tell you that until you already paid. Very little chicken in my wife’s salad, and the kids meals didn’t even fill them up. I hope Buffalo Wild Wings takes them out. I will only be going to chipotle and never returning to costa vida again

Pictures can be deceiving. The picture of the«new» Mahi Fish Tacos that was advertised worked because it tempted me to try out the food. What was I thinking of? Must have been my insatiable hunger and the tantalizing picture. The Mahi Fish Tacos I had were haphazardly put together. I ordered two fish tacos and posted a picture of the better looking taco. What was advertised showed a taco filled with deliciousness, but what I had was a disappointment because you get this large tortilla shell with little filling compared to their advertisement. The jalapeño I requested gave the food a little heat and flavor to the lackluster food. I’ve had better fish tacos for the price they charge which was about $ 7.99(?) for two tacos or $ 8.99(?) with rice and beans. Revisit? I probably will to give it a second chance. Maybe I’ll have a better experience next time.
