Takes a lot for me to give negative feedback on a small business but as I go over my boat and redo what I think should of been done by Ken and the $ 250 service I paid for to get my boat cleaned and waxed by Detail Pros. I should of known after Ken showed up 2 hours late for my appointment. Ken seemed like a pleasant young professional and talked alot about what could be done on my boat and how much more it would cost but I can not recommend Detail.

It took me awhile to update this review, as I haven’t been logged in on Unilocal in awhile. It’s probably been almost a year ago since my service. The owner of the company reached out to me and made things right. He offered me a full cleaning at a generous discount. He did a fantastic job on my car. If I still lived in Yuba, I would return to him for my next cleaning.

The service I got was just what I was looking for! Ken brought him my car back to life! It looks new again! I have a black Acura MDX, and the paint was just looking so rough. He was SO thorough and even took time to give me great tips on keeping it clean and cared for! Will def be using detail pros for any of my auto detailing needs!!!

I must say that I’m truly impressed by the work Ken (owner) did on my car. Owning a black car is no joke. I thought i knew what I was getting myself into when I purchased it, but i was wrong. I had a hard time with all the swirl marks and superficial scratches that were on the car when I purchased it. Previous owner lived in the city and it definitely reflected in the condition of the paint. I found this service on Unilocal about a week ago. I gave them a call and arranged for an appointment. Ken was very helpful and kindly worked around my busy schedule. The car was in and out within a few hours. His prices were really competitive. I will definitely be coming back in a few months to get my car ready for bimmerfest/​mfest!

Called to make an appointment five days straight (all at different times of the day), left two messages, sent one email, and never got a call or reply back. Super bummed because of all the good reviews they have, I was really hoping to try them out but I ended up going to Raintree instead, who did a decent job despite the low reviews!

Emailed for a quote and got a near immediate response. Price was right, and they were available on my schedule so I followed the Unilocal reviews and made the appointment. One of the best decisions ever! 8 years of nastiness gone in a couple hours. Ken did a great job on the interior of our daughter’s car, Humphrey. Teenagers have been driving it for the last 2.5 years and it was pretty gross. Coffee, soda, food, and dirt were permeated into the carpets and seats. When my daughter saw the finished car, she said «it’s like a brand new car!». He also did a great job on the exterior… poor Humphrey has had a few bang ups but the wax job has him shiny again. Thank you for a great experience Ken!

Amazing customer service and quality work!
I called Go Green after someone hit my car and ran leaving left paint on the body. Ken came out immediately to see how he could help. He took a look and after hearing my story he said he would buff it out. He took pride in his work as if this was his own car. I really appreciate the extra mile Ken took and for making my day better. Thank you again and I would highly recommend Go Green!

Came on time, I called him last minute. I had throw ups in my car :(I didn’t want to do an hour long drive w that smell, so I called him hopeful. He is well priced! My interior which I had detailed looks brand new w two kids and someone who couldn’t hold back their dinner. I can’t wait to drive to work tomorrow in a clean and I mean CLEAN car. :)
