Slowst pharmacy ever! Says it will be done at 7 come at 830 not even ready this happens often

If I could rate this Walgreens a zero stars I would. I don’t usually write reviews but the drive-through prescription pick-up at this location has THEWORST customer service. I have been to this location three times as it is close to my house. Every time they have been extremely rude and I’ve waited in line for a long time. Treating customers like an inconvenience even though you are getting paid to do something is appalling. I now go 10 minutes out of my way to another Walgreens location just to avoid them! You’ve been warned!

I’ve had nothing but great customer service from this Walgreens. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Maria, Crystal, Norm, Todd and others make shopping there my first choice(plus it’s closest to where I live…). Reading a few of the less glowing reviews, all I can say is that I’ve never had to wait long to complete a transaction, I’ve always had my questions answered with alacrity and patience, and when I’ve had a problem(e.g. a package of Aleve was supposed to come with a free 20-pill box attached, and there was no box attached, so Crystal provided me a 20-pill addition free) it’s always been taken care of to my satisfaction. I love having this Walgreens in my neighborhood and recommend it highly.

I use to like going to Walgreens on Lincoln Road… until I bought a Bath and Body Works gift card in October 2014. I bought a gift card as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, the card was never activated. I spoke to manager there, Crystal, numerous times and after making my feel like I stole the card, she was no help at all and referred me back to Walgreens customer service dept. I’ve made numerous calls to customer service. Today is December 29th2014 and they have STILL have not been able to resolve thw issue with this giftw card that I paid for. Walgreens nor Bath and Bodyd Works will take responsibility for this gift card. So BUYERSBEWARE, be careful buying gift cards at Walgreens.!! I’m still working on getting this resolved!!!

I have been here on many occasions and waited over 30 minutes in line for a $ 0.99 chapstick or something like that, not good for buying small items. They usually only have one person at the register. And ordering photos, same issue every time, waiting and waiting for someone to assist me in the photo department. We’ve been members of this pharmacy since they opened, honestly I don’t know why we haven’t gone somewhere else. They’re Always«busy»(even when your the only person there) and treat me and my family like crap, if you’re too busy to do your job in customer service– don’t come to work. I would give it 0 stars but the cashiers are friendly and they do have a coupon and rewards program to help save money, always a plus.

The pharmacy is busy and occasionally runs late, otherwise I would give 5 stars. The staff was able to help find a savings program to reduce the cost of my Mom’s medication, making it Kore affordable. The staff is always friendly and the prices are not bad. Not as cheap as Walmart, but that has to be expected when Walmart sells larger quantities of things.

Now that this is the place I need to go to pick up those last second odds and ends, I really miss CVS. The prices here aren’t as good and they are lacking in selection for a lot of things as well. I was also looking for a particular item that I assumed they didn’t have but since the store was totally dead, I thought I’d ask anyways. When I did, I was met with the old roll the eyes«Do I have to?» attitude as if they were so busy and couldn’t get up the energy to help me. Well they didn’t have the item, which really wasn’t a big surprise, but I would still like them to just check it and not give up as soon as I ask a question. I will say that the Redbox out front is awesome and, especially since there are two more machines in front of the neighboring Quik Stop, I will never NOT be able to find a movie again.
