I have eaten at this location before and my food/​order was good and correct. My complaint with this place is the fact that their hours online list them as open 24 hours, so it was extremely disappointing to pull up and see that they were closed. A waste of time and gas, so my boyfriend and I had to go all the way to Redlands and ended up at Jack in the Box instead. The hours listed online got my hopes up for nothing! And of course the Del Taco on Redlands Blvd. by the high school always has a long line at night and they ALWAYS take FOREVER!!! So that’s why we opted for Jacks.

We went to Oak Glen for some apples and decided to stop here for a bite to eat. We walked in and the first thing we saw was an employee take a handful of fries and shove them in his mouth. He then walked away nonchalantly with a smirk on his face as he looked at us. The manager didn’t say anything. We decided to leave.

I used to prefer the Del Taco up the hill, but this one has moved ahead as the best in town. They have given us generous portions of ingredients in our burritos, made quesadillas to perfection (not easy, at least it seems that way at other places) and the churros are like crack. Top it off with friendly service. Looks like we won’t be going to the other Del Taco for a while.

Been getting the double del cheese burger for years and now they are half the size they use be. The burger looked like a kids size, something you see at mc Donald’s dollar menu.

I would advise finding a different Del Taco to go to. Waited 20 min in a drive threw with three cars in front of me… it’s fast food for a reason. Not to mention the service wasn’t great either; no smile, have a great day, or you’re welcome at all. Plus the food was HORRIBLE I ordered a quesadilla and as I opened it when I got home it literally was dripping with grease, I know they are suppose to be a little greased up. it is fast food but I don’t want to drink it. Too bad they forgot the napkins to so I had nothing to clean it up with. Never going back.

This Del Taco has extremely friendly and professional employees on the night shift. Its fast food, but they are personable and prompt and i always leave thinking «those peeps are taking the extra step to make my cheap bean burrito even better cuz they care» way to go yucaipa night shift– i can always count on you for my late night munchies :)

This Del Taco really impressed me not only was the staff friendly with eye contact, not rushing us etc. But I was really pleasantly surprised when I seen an employee (I wish I had gotten her name) brought out an elderly mans coffee along with the cream and sugar she knew he would need. She also listened as he ranted a bit as older people tend to do and she did so with a smile. Good to know that there are still friendly people out there that go out of their way for our elders. Super clean restrooms too!

I don’t know why they reviews for this del taco are so bad.
The people there are always very nice to me and often give me discounts and free food which all tastes great.
I go there with my friends after school all the time and they never disappoint.
I think that a lot of the reviews on here are people mistaking it for the del taco at the top of Yucaipa Blvd, that’s the one with the rude service.

I wish I could give this place ½ a star! I go there when I am in this part of town and grab a burrito and usually the receipt comes with a survey. When I go to redeem it on the next visit, the General Mgr. usually takes my orders and complains the whole time that he does NOT want to redeem the survey. It came from HIS store. I buy other items as well! The service is slow, the help is rude, and I have called the corporate # FINALLY to report him! (Let’s see if we hear back from them!) Go to the sub place down the street. You will like the help there!

I really like the blonde manager during the lunch time. I take Seniors in there for lunch and she treats them with Great respect and gives them a Señor discount. She runs the lunch crew with a leadership founded in experience and knowledge. The prices are affordable and the food is good!

I’ve Lived in Yucaipa within walking distance of this place for going on 5 years now. Unless your looking for crappy service and cold food don’t bother. I would never normally bother to review a fast food joint, especially a chain one at that typically. But this one really stands out on the sucko meter.

Wish I could give this dump a –10 as they deserve it… Please go somewhere else if you want good hot food. The wait is not worth it and the management does not care about your food or your feelings. The management would not live up to their promises over the phone. The management are a bunch of losers that will learn that we keep them open. This crappy del taco should be closed for good. what a low life del taco they should close out of respect to costumers that still might visit them…

Umm… What can I say without totally putting this place down? The service sucks, the food is cold and after all, it’s in Yucaipa which I guess makes it my fault for coming. Anyways, this place needs some people that actually like their lives and maybe it will have a better feel.

Hope I’m getting the right location. The 24 hour one is great, but this one I have had some bad experiences. Food is mediocre even their coke isn’t that great. But I came in 20 minutes prior to closing time at the drive thru and they said, «sorry we close at 11» so I mentioned the time and the guy had the nerve to say, «well we go by del taco time». Mind you, this happened probably 5+ years ago, but you don’t forget about del taco time

Wow, 1 star prior to my 1 star. I’m not one to trash talk a place, but come on. I went there today for some food, it took a little bit longer than most to get the food, but that wasnt the issue. The service was good, they greeted me at the window, asked for sauce preference. Same as any other del Taco.
I have had a lot of time to think about this Del Taco today. After about 10 – 12 hours of eating there, it hit me… I think theres something bad about the food. I’m guessing mild food poisoning. Good times.
I’d advise passing up this location and finding either something else, or another Del Taco.
