Mercedes was very accommodating. The service is great and the food is good. The place is clean, Mercedes was cleaning the counter when we arrived, and immediately excuse herself to wash her hands to take our order. We we’re offered the special of the day(menudo), however I wanted a beef fajita.

Never had a Fish Taco… but I know their regular tacos are still the best in Yucaipa so I stopped by for Thursday $ 1 Fish Taco night. Wow! I’m sold! The fish is good sized, lightly battered with cabbage and wonderful sauce. My wife had the cheese enchilada special and it was awesome too! Taco Village, Not just for Tuesday’s any longer!!!

Every time I come here, I’m never disappointed. I’m usually around the neighborhood of I’m working at the plaza or just driving through. I always order a Carne Asada Torta or their Baja Tacos. It’s delicious as their salsa! I recommend this place to anyone who wants good food and friendly service!

This is the original Taco Village it is my husband and my favorite mexican restaurant they have the best mexican salsa, and amazing customer service. I am very happy that I have found this Mexican restaurant because I honestly don’t know of any other delicious Mexican food place, the fish tacos are the best.

VEGETARIANSBEWARE. I came here with 3 friends and one of them is vegan so she asked for a potato burrito without cheese. The spicy green potato burrito has meat and they said it happens all the time and they don’t let you exchange. You just have to order something else and pay for it all over again. They need to change the menu because of the«it happens all the time» comment. I would have given them 5 stars because the food was good but they did not take care of their customer with a misleading description.

I didnt think i would be eating mexican food much anymore since i started eating Vegan again because for some reason i thought the two worlds just didnt coincide. But today i stopped by and asked for a burrito with beans, rice and guac and it was delicious! I think the salsa topped it off! And the creamy beans are made with oil, not lard(:

Not ever again. We have been ordering and eating at Taco Village since moving to Yucaipa. Unfortunately, over the last several months there have been recurring issues with hours, and whether cash only will be accepted. Today, I called to make sure that they were once again accepting debit cards(as my husband would be stopping to pick up dinner), and I was told that they were once again accepting debit cards. However, when he arrived at about 6:15 or so, he was told they were closing early(they usually close at 8 pm). This was an issue several months ago, when hours would change, seemingly at the whim of someone who wanted to go home… or go on vacation… or whatever. This evening was the last straw. While we enjoy the food at Taco Village, it is not worth the casual attitudes with which business practices are followed.

I have a Taco Village right around the corner from my office and we go there a lot. I love the Village wrap. It’s not on the menu in Redlands, but they will make it for you. I have tried a bunch of their other items, too, and they are all great. They are very fast, too. You really can’t go wrong with anything here. Give them a try.

The food and service is amazing. However the business hours always change. They advertise Sunday meals in their window display but are not open Sundays. I Recently went in an hour before they close and they shut down early. Seems like they are struggling a bit on the business end seems like a struggling mom and pop shop. I want this place to succeed, again the food is great and they have the friendliest service but their hours are so unpredictable I dont know if Ill be coming back. Also worth noting they are down to a B rating, I’ll have to check into the reasoning on the lowered rating.

Suggested by a friend we came in and tried the potato taco I thought it was great! My husband had the chicken tacos he also thought they were good. It was refreshing to have a friendly staff that seems to be hard to find in the other Mexican food establishments in yucaipa. The next week we ordered the 3 foot burrito and carne asana fries for a birthday party and everyone agreed everything was amazing! So glad to have found a new spot!

Where have I been? That is didn’t know about this little gem??? Street tacos, fish tacos delish! Chicken quesadilla stuffed! And my 9 year old gave it a 10! Super clean, food very fresh with lots of flavor, and we came on a Tuesday for 99 cent tacos so you can’t beat the price! We will certainly be back!

Ambience is nice, and their prices are nice on certain days, but their food is very average. Their tacos go for $ 1 on Tuesday and Thursday but after tasting them, they should be $ 1 everyday.

I’ve ordered the chicken flautas numerous times, and they’re always really tasty. Ten times better and less expensive than Jose’s. The soft tacos are so so, and I don’t really recommend them. That’s all I’ve tried. The staff are always very friendly, and the food has been good, so it has always been a pleasant experience for me to eat there.

I am in love with Taco Village! I work close by, so this has become my regular lunch spot now. I am slowly working through the menu, but my favorite is the Mazatlan Shrimp burrito. It is soo tasty! I usually see Damen and Ashley there, and they are very friendly and always help me with selecting new dishes. Do yourself a favor and try Taco Village if you haven’t already!

Where the hell do I start! Okay, first, I feel bad for dragging my bf here because this place seriously sucked ass. Should have walked away when the friendly girl at the counter said«we are out of carne asad and gac» didn’t bother me because I wanted Al Pastor. Wish I had the balls to ask for my money back, but I don’t so instead I post on Unilocal and leave a nasty review. Well we got al pastor and chicken tortas and a carnitas and al pastor tacos and chips. While we were waiting for our food I heard her tell a customer they were out of al pastor. Fuuuuuuuuhck! We got our food and my fucking torta was basically bread with some pieces of meat. And then she brings me two carnitas tacos and informed me they only had enough meat for the torta. I opened up my torta and seriously wanted to throw it at the cook for fucking letting that shit leave his kitchen. They didn’t have enough meat for the torta, and I heard her ask the dumb ass cook if he put lettuce on the torta and he said ‘yeah’. Um, no fool you put a piece of lettuce in my damn food. Fuck, go to Alsaderos and learn to fucking cook. This place is shit. I’m never coming back again. That shit was not filling, and not worth $ 20.00 fucking dollars. Keep serving food like this, you will not last long in Yucaipa.
