Complaints haven’t changed from others I see on here: drive-​through is sllloooooww. I was here a few weeks ago, and they said they were short-​staffed. Apparently that still hasn’t changed.

8 times out of 10 this place is super slow and has horrible service. I just tried it again at 230pm with 4 cars in line and was there for 25 minutes. It’s fast food, like, cmon. And bad quality food when I got it. Ugh. I enjoy some of Del Tacos items a lot but because of this I’ll stick with Taco Bell.

Ugh.
Customer service is slow and bad. Drive-​thru trip with a few cars ahead of me took about 20 minutes recently. They’ve messed up a few orders before, but nothing major nor really worth complaining about.
Sum it up: Food is fine, service is poor.

Unbelievable horrible service. These booger eating morons can’t even get a simple order right. That’s why they have to work at del taco. Do yourself a favor and dont eat here. I’d rather eat my own boogers than eat here ever again.

This location used to be better, it’s nothing special now. They undercook their quesadillas, so even asking for well done doesn’t help. They fixed their soda machine, which used to come out light on the syrup, but the food quality plummeted around the same time. It’s not terrible, still better than Taco Bell.

The workers are rude, I waited 20 minutes for my food & when I went up there to ask about it, they made me re order (they forgot about my order). Then when I got my food the order was wrong when I literally repeated it 1 minute prior. I then told them that my order was wrong (a bold burrito) so they gave me the ingredients to make it MYSELF! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This location has a notoriously slow drive through, and all my tacos are always BROKEN the three times I went. Great joke: hate your job, mishandle/​break everyone’s food! Take my advise, there is a second Del Taco in Yucaipa, on Yucaipa Blvd, ½ mile down hill. They are quick in the drive through, order always right, and my tacos are never broken!

I first came to this Del Taco back in 1982. The old building has since been remodeled but the kitchen is the same and still cranking out delicious and cheap tacos, burritos and French fries. The double del still kicks butt, too. So I ate here last Sunday and it was as good as ever. The workers took my order, made my food correctly and quickly and had a nice smile and good manners. What more do you want?
I shall return… many times :)

If it wasn’t for the convenience of being located in upper Yucaipa, I would NOT go here. The food is good, but the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! The workers there could care less about the product or service.

It’s del taco. It’s still amazing as another drunk munchies del taco near your place! Only thing that sucks is that they are super slow in the drive thru! But it does the the trick! And they are greedy with the hot sauce. Demand more!

This Del Taco never let’s me down. It does get crowded on Tuesdays, but don’t confuse slow with extremely busy. My order is always correct, the staff is friendly, and the food is exactly what you would expect from a Del Taco. You can use multiple coupons here as most other fast food restaurants are starting to do. They also take expired coupons. Nothing bad to say. They even recently renovated so the building looks nice. :)

Del taco is Del taco… Basic cheap food.
I’m not a fan but my husband craves the taco’s or the red burrito w extra cheese. Service is OK.

My wife and I stopped in here for a quick bite before seeing a play and were satisfied with the friendly service, but the food wasn’t exactly outstanding. We ordered six tacos and a spicy jack quesadilla. A few of the tacos had more lettuce than meat, but I personally didn’t care because I was starving. The quesadilla was good and the cheese was perfectly melty.
Overall, not the worst experience, actually quite good considering the location. I’d recommend it for those passing through the lovely town of Yucaipa and are in need of something to eat right away.
Writing this actually makes me hungry for del taco now, lol.
