So I come to this Taco Bell frequently and this is the second time they messed up my order. The first time I paid to sub my crunch wrap to chicken instead of beef and still got beef. This time I ordered the boss nachos for my boyfriend and asked for steak and gave me ground beef. Needless to say we are both very upset about this

This is one of the better Taco Bell I’ve been to. Service is responsive and my order is always right (I usually get the same thing over and over, but some places still manage to screw that up).

Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I live down the street and I’ve been through the drive-​thru about 10 times. They’ve probably messed up my order 7 of those times. I don’t even get how you can be that bad. I just drove through there and they just didn’t give me two things I ordered.

I’ve heard the crunchy chime of more than a few Taco Bells, and I feel this is one of the better ones I’ve been to.
Food quality, price, heat, and consistency as well as customer service– I have never had a problem w/​any of them here. Price itself on various menu items is usually in a stable middle comparatively w/​other locations (that’s right folks, not all Taco Bell menu prices were created equal. There’s usually slight differences in price for various combos, specials, and value menu items. Keep an eye out next time your visiting different ones).
Used to run specials for this particular location, but like the chances of a John Carter sequel they’re gone. Sad day
