IHOP

Basic IHOP, really good breakfast. Our server was great she was on top of everything and cleared our plates promptly

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I had a spicy chicken burger and fries. They were fine. The wait was horrid. I drank one and a half glasses of tea waiting. My wife’s Toscana meal was cold and pancakes didn’t melt butter. Had you ask for butter and a syrup the times. When we complained they wanted to redo it, but we had already waited a very long time.
The stars instead of one because they paid for her meal and were friendly and apologetic about it and admitted that it was because they had put the chili sauce on my mall instead of on the side due to a good allergy possibility. They could not tell me if there was tomato in the sauce.

Had my nephews B’day dinner there. We were 1 of 4 groups there. We ordered drinks and the food in a timely manner. But the food took over 45 min. to arrive. One item had to be reordered since it didn’t have everything requested. We asked why it was so slow, and were told there was only 1 cook on duty. Guess they think its only worth having breakfast be fast.
Last time went for breakfast we left because no waitress showed for 30 min. and we left.

Service sucks. 30 minutes for food in an empty building. Don’t do it if you want to get in and out in less than an hour.

Came here on a Friday at 11:00 and the waiting area was full. There were lots of empty tables but there appeared to be a problem with getting them cleaned. To add insult to injury, a friend or family member of an employee came in and they were seated ahead of an overflowing waiting area. We stayed but other people left after seeing these people be seated before the rest of us.

I went there at like 430 am. Because it’s 24 hrs it didn’t matter the time but the service was great… Given we were at one of 4 tables occupied. But the food is classic American breakfast and they also have all the lunches and dinners like any one of the Denny’s or IHOPs do. The waitress was awesome she was a sweetie and she never let our cups become empty. I would for sure go back to this IHOP and its a nice place to go and have a nice meal.

Slow service, waitstaff bordering on rude & bad-​tasting food & water. My kids (ages 2, 5 & 8) generally love IHOP & we needed a midway lunch stop to break up our road trip from Phx to SD. I figured we’d have a semi-​decent meal w/​quick service since we came on a non-​holiday Thursday afternoon around 2PM.
The restaurant was virtually empty aside from one other family & a table of two senior couples. Even so, we still had to wait quite awhile before being seated. Our server showed up promptly enough after we were seated, but was quite curt & impatient. Took our order & food/​drinks arrived without incident.
Kid were satisfied, but hubby & I disappointed w/​our choices — Cobb Salad & Tuscan Scramble — both just plain bad. The blue cheese in the salad was almost watery & the spinach in my scramble was very bitter while the eggs, tomato & Parmesan were quite bland. Hubby got coffee & I got water which tasted awful & I’m usually fairly tolerant of restaurant water. Wouldn’t return unless we were desperate.

So this place was definately packed when we arrived for breakfast at 9:30 AM for Breakfast on a Sunday. Everything was perfect until we received our food. We had to send the eggs back several times due to being undercooked. The food was not fantastic as it was cool to the touch and again the eggs were not fully cooked which kinds ruined the whole meal. Instead of taking the uncooked eggs on a side plate away from the table the waiter insited that we keep the eggs and give them to someone else at the table. I thought the waiter assumed we would be appriciative of getting free uncooked eggs but we were not. It took three trips back and fourth to the kitchen before we had recieved cooked eggs. I was very disappointed.

The worst most discuting service.
We sit doen order drink. I get my coffee, they have NO creamer. (Only hazelnut)
We asked for silverware, waiter came back with a handful of silverware wrapped in a brown paper towel. Everything was dirty. Fork had food on it.
He put them on the table and left. When he came back, he had brown paper towels rolled up in his hands.
I asked for the manager, we waited a long time. we got up, another waitress came up she told us she would get the manager, never came. We waited by the front door, manager never showed.
Horrible service.

This restaurant has a variety of entrees. The appetizers, entrees, and deserts I have tried so far are delicious. The only thing I dislike is when waiting for the food to arrive at your table. The waiters have been great, but I have always experienced long waits, even when I have only ordered an appetizer. Anyways, the service is good, and every staff member has been, or at least tries to be, attentive and nice to every customer at any time of the day.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I didn’t sit at my table long for the waiter to come. Food came out fast and hot. Silverware was clean and table was clean as well. Can never go wrong with iHop…

If you haven’t tried the Splashberry drink yet, boy have you been missing out. Whoever invented mixing orange juice, lemon-​lime soda, and strawberry purée is a genius. It’s so refreshing and free refills! I usually get the Banana Foster french toast, and it never fails to impress. Although at this particular location, I didn’t eat the eggs or hashbrowns because the hashbrowns were terribly overdone and slightly burnt, and the eggs had an odd raw taste about them.

My wife and I have dined here a few times but our recent visit was a bit of an upset but it was fixed. We stopped here after seeing a movie that ended late and this place was one of those places you know are going to be open at 12 a.m. and man, we were hungry! So we asked for a booth, which we were lead to and promptly ordered our drinks. The waitress «Alyssa» was nice and friendly and brought us our drinks and we ordered our food. So after ordering we waited and about 15 minutes, we watched our waitress leave, for reals! She had left with her mother and walked across the parking lot, and we couldn’t help but laugh because we knew this was going to turn bad… After 10 min, another waitress came by and told us we would be taken care of by her. So we said ok and went on with our conversations. After another 20 minutes go by, my wife starts to get a bit upset because we were waiting so long. We all got up and went to the counter to cancel our orders because it was getting real late and we were all tired. We offered to pay for our drinks but the waitress told us no and kept apologizing for the cook being that it was his first night working alone and just couldn’t keep up with the pace. She gave use 3 free meal and drink vouchers and walked us to the door. She was very friendly and completely understood why we were so upset. We came back a few days later to use two of our vouchers and we were greeted by the manager (who decided that it would be a good idea to get on her knees to talk to us, very unprofessional for a manager) whom apologized for that night. So all in all, I believe the best time to come is during the day, when the managers and the better cooks are there and not at night time. They should have not let that new cook work by himself.

food was good as expected but what made it really special was Jose our server. He was a real pleasure and a great guy. he made us feel really special and like family. great guy!

My husband and I go here for breakfast every Sunday. The wait is not horrible and they always quote a very accurate wait time. The staff is AMAZING! Friendly, helpful, happy and there to make sure you are taken care of. The management is present and making sure everyone is happy and getting what they ordered and the quality of food is what it should be. Management all have great attitudes and VERY hospitable which trickles down to the staff. Leadership by example~Today we had Jose as our server and he was incredible! Polite, personable, and extremely attentive to our every need. He was GREAT!!!

I love the food and staff. IHOP takes pride in making sure every guest is treated professional yet making your experience personal. They are celebrating national pancake day on March 4. I love that you can get breakfast lunch or dinner 24 hours day 7 days a week.
