DONTSTAYHERE! This is one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Floors weren’t vacuumed, my toddler stepped on a thorn that was in the carpet, pubes on Wall of shower, stains on all linens, cigarette burns on linens and furniture and stains on only chair in the room, don’t sit there! There was a big box TV bolted to the broken dresser, thought it was gonna flip for sure. Continental breakfast… I’ve had better at a gas station. Front desk manager unable to stand and ignored all complaints while putting on her makeup. Way too much money for the quality of the hotel. Once again, don’t stay here.

Maybe I’m too picky. Yes, the floors were vacuumed but not at the edges and corners. Yes, the shower and tub were clean but the caulking was split and flaking away. Baseboard kickplates had a greasy layer of grime at the top edge. Window casing was simply not clean. Exterior grounds were unkempt and awnings were tattered. On the other hand, front desk and housekeeping staff were top notch: friendly, eager to be helpful. In my experience, what causes the discrepancy between good front-line staff and quality delivery of goods and services is lackadaisical management. If you’re lenient in your evaluation of cleanliness, if you don’t need everything to be pristine, of if you’re too tired to drive on through the night, stay here and turn a blind eye.

Winning the race to the bottom. . It’s my fault: I should have looked at the room before booking. I didn’t. Mistake. This was once a competitive value motel. Now, they seem intent on winning the race to the bottom tier. I asked to speak to the manager. Their isn’t one. The motel is being«run» by the owner(Mr. Mann) who is in California and can’t be reached nor bothered. That pretty much tells you what to expect: lazy housekeeping, poor maintenance, dodgy everything and very very outdated rooms. This isn’t the worst place in the world… I’ve stayed in hostels in Cairo Egypt that compare favorably, though. I expect this place to continue it’s downward slide. For the price, you can easily do a whole lot better in Yuma.

Not Bad Motel With Super Job At Check-In Office on Sunday, January 5, 2014 The swing shift dark hair female without my argue about price of rate. Because of the Holidays was wrapping down, before the big winter vacation to the warm busiest place really kick in. On her own, she in very honesty way for her to give me a Trucker’s Rate. For 3 Queen Size Beds for 50BUCKS per night. that including full blown’ Continental Breakfast with fresh self serve waffle, several choices of coffee, orange juice, apple juice and cranberry juice plus even hot cocoa for kids. Sugar Frosted Flakes and Raisin Bran and more. The Internet is very Fast and it’s free. nYou can be able to do Skype or Face Time plus watch You Tube. A/C unit is in new condition that really work. My room 117 is clean, carpet is ok bed is too springy for kids jump on. Old style CRTTV, that didn’t bother me as they have good internet to watch my flat screen computer. Overall 3 Stars for Average Motel 5 Full Stars for Staffs with smile on their faces.

Beds weren’t very comfortable… hard. Wasn’t very clean. Continental breakfast was pretty good. Clerk was nice but wouldn’t honor Facebook check-in discount… HARSH!
